Pharmacy was 10 minutes late opening up today, no sense in urgency to help customers on time and the pharmacist in charge should be held accountable. I work for cvs btw

When customers want to be judged, they go to church.
You are not gatekeepers of who gets what prescription filled. That is not at your discretion. If people are abusing medication they will suffer consequences sooner or later. What you DO NOT do is attempt to vilify and embarrass customers who need medication their Dr provided, submitted to you to fill.
Everyone is NOT suitable for Healthcare careers. Empathy and compassion are the foundation of genuine bedside manners and successful leadership. 2.3 stars speak to how inefficient and ineffective the pharmacy manager and pharmacist are at this location and their unwillingness to address the issue of their incompetence and their lack of integrity that lead to ALL THESE undesirable reviews.

It took forever (several days) to get a hold of somebody in the pharmacy regarding my refills on medications prescribed from a hospital apparently because of their new system. I finally got a call back 5 mins ago. After I mentioned each of 4 new medication refill that need to be sent to my regular cardiologist, I could hear her very loud sigh. She was in such a rush and didn’t even bother to hide her annoyance. She had a shrill high pitch voice too. I understand they can get very busy and frustrated but if your job is to deal with customers, at least even pretend to be respectful. Oh, and she very loudly banged the phone down and since I had her on speakerphone, I jumped at the sound. Very, very rude and the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. CVS should be ashamed.

I’ve been coming to this store for years and I have never had any issue until recently with the new associate/cashier named Shadad. She’s very rude and no customer service at all. I asked her something and she responded with attitude and argued with me. She gave me a torn up receipt where the barcode for extra bucks is missing. I told her she need to reprint the receipt because I can’t use it without the bardcode. She said she can’t do that and continued to argue with me. Finally, I called the manager and she was able to solved the issue. Shadad clearly needs more training and an anger management!

The pharmacist Nicole informed me over the phone that they have 3 left of the prescription that I wanted to fill. I drove to the location immediately and was there within 15 min to fill the prescription. Then when I came in Makayla told me my prescription was incorrectly written and they wouldn't fill it. I asked if they can call the doctor and she refused. She said she will send the request electronically and it will sit in their inbox for days. I don't know why she was predicting and instead of being proactive she decided to seal my fate and not help me. It was obvious she didn’t want to help from the start and refused to do anything that required effort.
So the pharmacist Nicole came over to talk to me and said they won't hold the prescription while I get it fixed. I said can't you call the doctor and ask them to correct it and she continued to talk over me and repeat that they won't hold prescriptions like a broken record. I said it's not my fault the dr wrote it incorrectly. Anyone with any compassion or decent customer service skills would attempt to help the situation since I was in a unique situation. She refused to help and threw the prescription back at me and said they won't refill my prescription. I've never seen a pharmacist lack empathy like Nicole and Makayla. They should not be working in the healthcare field if they don't have care for patients and can't problem solve and or be flexible.
I went immediately into my doctor’s office. My doctor wrote the prescription correctly and I called and spoke to Nicole and she said they refuse to fill my prescription. She also lied to the medical assistant and said all THREE she said she had 10 min prior were all gone. She lied.
These employees are lazy, rude, and inconsiderate and did not care about my need for the prescription. It's unfortunate that this is how customers are treated.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Staff was extremely rude and confrontational. Will definitely not be returning.

I feel pretty good. They will call me to notify me that the prescription is ready, and then I can pick it up directly when I go there. The staff is also very enthusiastic.

Edit for 2024: nothing has changed, if they were any slower they'd go backwards.Worst, slowest, most inconvenient pharmacy I've ever been too, no matter busy or not you wait forever and they have no sense of urgency what so ever. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A DRIVE THROUGH IF IT TAKES 20 MINS PER PERSON.
