I shop at CVS on PARADISE RD Las Vegas for ONE reason ONLY.
The OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE provided.
Elissa, Trini, Alex, Patrick, Gloria, Donna, Bernadette, and the rest of the staff personalize the service to a level which you don't see very often.
These people exude passion for the jobs they do.
They habitually go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Whenever I walk into the store, I'm greeted by smiling faces saying "welcome back to CVS Mr. Gaffin"
Impressive is an UNDERSTATEMENT.

I'm in town for a work conference and needed to go to CVS. I was greeting as soon as I walked through the doors and was promptly assisted when I needed help. Awesome location and great customer service!

I had a great experience with CVS Pharmacy. My prescription was ready when I got there and the Dr had just point in the order a few minutes prior. Great customer service and fast transaction!

Stopped here to get some basic travel stuff and mask. The store has enough parking and is closer to the strip area. The staff took some time to answer questions but finally helped me. Overall, it was stocked up well to meet the basic needs.

This CVS is likely one of the best CVS in the Paradise, NV. I totally understand the issue with theft, but it is annoying to have an employee unlock a cabinet for deodorant, then one for body wash and a razor, then unlock a fridge for a can of beer. The employees are helpful.

We're open 24 hours a day. If you need medicine urgently or need something like water from the hotel, don't pay too much and order it through Door Dish or a delivery company.

This CVS had everything I needed. Customer service was alright. There is only self checkout which was so different. One thing I didn't like was the small bags they had. If I were to buy 2 liter sodas I would have a big enough bag. Prices are marked alright as well. Not too expensive. This store was stocked well. Clean and friendly.

What a mess we decided to use the one on charleston for our prescriptions oh my they cant get anything right the pharmacy tech couldn't get my insurance info into the system so she suggested we just pay for it i went back to get another prescription and they had created three accounts for me and asked me why they had three accounts for me. I dont work at cvs holy cow what a mess

After many bad experiences at different CVS locations in Las Vegas (and elsewhere) I stopped in this location for a few items and a money order. All three employees I encountered were extremely nice and helpful. Will be using this store every chance I get.
