Pharmacy Drive Thru Closed Permanently is what I overheard from one of the staff. Friendly staff but so inconvenient. Time to xfer scripts.

Alicia in the pharmacy is awesome! I was having difficulties filling my prescription and was out of my medication. She went above and beyond and everything worked out. I really appreciate her effort and friendliness.

Im a physician and in need of a flu shot as I may not me able to take care of patients without one and walked into this CVS and although no one was there...the pharmacist on duty FATIMA...told me they can't do walk ins but told me to go to another pharmacy and walk in.Way to go FATIMA..I'll make sure to take my business elsewhere...and thanks for the collegial help

Amateurs behind the counter of the pharmacy, tell you your prescriptions are ready and when you get there, not only are they not ready but they will go to lunch instead of fixing their mistake first.

Awful customer service from the pharmacy. Been told my prescription is ready to pickup "at any time Thursday" come Thursday I come in and it's in fact not ready plus I have to wait for their lunch break before they fix their mistake. Don't plan to pick up any prescriptions in a timely manner especially if you're trying to get your prescription done before going to work, or going anywhere in a timely manner.

Employees are super friendly HOWEVER the pharmacy drive thru is constantly down due to people breaking glass at the drive thru window. The outside has no lighting very unsafe.The inside of the store looks like is going to go out of business it’s very dirty definitely needs security. I will be transferring my prescriptions this store is NOT safe. I can’t believe CVS corporate is okay with this what a representation of your company. You gotta do better.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. There's no sense of urgency with them I stood in line yesterday waiting for 8 minutes when nobody else was with the pharmacy technician she took her time getting to me. And when she did get to me she took her time searching for my medicine. Today I called in to check on my medicine and was told they'll be ready by 10:00 in the morning but it was not I went to go pick up my medicine at approximately 3:00 and was rudely told it wouldn't be ready until 8:00 tonight. I called to check the status of my medicine at 5:30 because it didn't make sense that I would have to wait until 8:00. The young lady that answered the phone became very rude and very combative when I barely wanted to know why it would take so long after being told my medicine will be ready at 10:00 in the morning she told me I was being argumentative with her when all I was doing was asking a question then she rudely hung up on me. My daughter called to check the status of my medicine and they rudely told her it was done and told her that she had an attitude and hung up on her. There is no professionalism whatsoever at this Pharmacy stay away at all costs don't waste your time they need to be shut down and all of their staff needs to go back to school and relearn their skill it's unacceptable the way they treat their customers

Again their drive-thru is closed. First is hard for me to walk, second if someone is sick and needs to go inside putting others at risk. There are many people that don’t have someone to help. Then they got rid of all their cart. The place is disgusting carpet is filthy. I don’t know why they don’t help people when they are out of medication that I must have. They won’t help check with other CVS to see if they have supplies. I like to know who runs that place. They need to get their act together.

The worst customer service at this pharmacy. I called to verify if my husbands medication was ready and it has been urgent for 3 days. The gentlemen that answered phone stated that the prior authorization was in pending. I already had called our insurance company prior to calling to find out what was the hold up on the prior authorization. There was no hold on it. I called back the pharmacy and the same gentlemen that I talked to said it was still in pending status. I told him that I talked to the Dr. Office and Insurance company and both said that it was approved. This guy was talking over me not letting me explain and I told him that please don’t over talk me I’m trying to explain then hung up the phone on me. This is the worst customer service. The pharmacy manager was not sincere at all there was absolutely no apology. Like seriously if you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be there. NO STARS FOR THIS LOCATION.
