CVS is a pharmacy that offers helpful and friendly customer service, with staff members who go above and beyond to assist customers. Customers appreciate the attentive and caring staff, including pharmacists and cashiers, who make them feel valued and supported, especially during difficult times. One employee was praised for providing excellent service and understanding concerns, leading customers to consider making CVS their primary pharmacy. The store staff, including a notable cashier and the pharmacy manager, are considered friendly, helpful, and attentive to customer needs. However, there are some issues noted, such as high prices, the lack of shopping carts, and frequent system outages that cause delays, especially with prescription processing. The phone system is also reported to be unreliable. Despite these problems, customers are grateful for the assistance they receive, which helps them manage their health and daily needs. Overall, CVS is seen as a helpful and caring place, though improvements in system reliability and store amenities could enhance the experience.
Other than the prices being too high (not entirely your fault), my only complaint is the lack of shopping carts in your store. I sometimes use a cane and trying to carry several large items to the counter is very difficult. A shopping cart would also add stability to my walking.

Can we rate more stars? We were on a trip and needed a lot of help. The person I spoke to was incredible! Thanks to him, we were able to get the help we needed. And, best of all, we didn’t have to tell my two kids we had to cut our trip short. Thank you SOOO much!!
