I gave it a one star. Because I had to give it a star to write this review. My husband and I came in after a visit at a hospital. He was in excruciating pain. We pulled up at the drive through and dahlia Was very rude. she said medicaid. Medical and prescriptions are completely different and we would have to pay for our prescriptions. We get our prescriptions, no problem anywhere else. So we asked her to explain and she slammed the window in her face stating. Go somewhere else for your medicine. So my husband was in such pain. He needed his medicine. So we parked the car and went inside the store. When we went inside, Dahlia proceeded to tell the other lady. That's her or him (meaning us )You deal with them. So, while the other lady was waiting on us, my husband let her know how rude she was at the drive through .D
ahlia walked Over to my husband while he's pretty much crying in pain and gave him the finger. And flipped him off. That is very unprofessional, especially when your customer is crying in tears in the store. Not to mention which really has no bearing on this conversation. But it looks like Dahlia has very bad Poor hygiene and hadn't taken a shower in a week. Her hair was frumpled very greasy and she was touching other people's medicine. Leads me to wonder if she was on drugs. I would never go back to this Cvs again. I'd appreciate it if you had watched the camera when we came in there yesterday. You would see this employee representing your company dirty rude.
An Very unprofessional. And because of her we will never come to c v s again.

Worst experience at a CVS ever. Customers are an annoyance to the workers. They couldn't have been ruder. The tall guy, Greg or Gary or something was the lone standout. Nice guy and legitimately helpful. Everyone else wouldn't do anything without begging or pleading. The pharmacy here is a joke. I finally had to beg them to transfer my prescription elsewhere.Never again.

The workers were really kind, and David Miranda, the manager, was just the best to me, he really helped me find every single thing I was looking for, and I just cant thank him enough.

Abysmal service at the pharmacy. I wasn't able to get help and was given a price that was triple the online price. The man serving me, 6ft 175 black hair messy with glasses (Saturday September 16th 9:15am, was unhelpful and refused to check on the price he gave me. Accu-chek test strips he quoted $80 for 50 strips, $200 for 100. I couldn't believe this employee actually quoted me these numbers. Still wouldn't check the price and told me I had to go get a cvs employee to help. Purchase 25 strips for $14 from the counter. Employee should be retrained or dismissed as they have no interest in helping a patient.

This pharmacy has some positive changes lately. I really like the new staff, very polite and attentive. They are doing a great job. I came to this pharmacy for years and had stopped because the customer service was below standards.But now, they really have changed things for the better. I'm happy to say. Thank you !!

For so many years, garbage on the floor of entrance to CVS. Also, the homeless Tweakers out front. Employees need to spend 10 minutes cleaning up the filthy garbage from the front of the building. No, it does not happen. I cannot believe they are still in bussines.
