I hardly ever write bad reviews, but this I couldn't let slide. I recently had surgery and my doctor called in pain medication to this CVS based on my zip code but I do normally go to the CVS on Farm Rd and not this specific location. I didn't think it would be any problem due to that it's the same company. I first called this location to make sure they received it and Kimmy (CVS personal) calmed no they didn't but it clearly showed it on my CVS app and got a text message it was called in. So I called my doctor again to just make sure because mistakes do happen, and they informed me that they did send it in. My Dr asked for this CVS to call if they have any problems. I called this CVS back again and the same lady answered and said she will not fill it because she is tired of having other CVS patients being sent to this location and hung up on me. After being in pain I just busted out in tears. Thank goodness the CVS on farm rd was so kind and told me to contact my doctor and send it to their location and within 15mins it was filled. This location never once tried to contact my dr like he asked them todo and see what the problem was nor tried to help. Kimmy should be ashamed of herself in how she treated me. I suggest just going to another pharmacy.

I absolutely LOVE the pharmacy inside Target on Sky Pointe! The pharmacist is helpful, professional and thorough. I never feel judged based on what I'm picking up. There's never a lot of confusion and we're-out-of-stock stuff like I've had other places. Kimberly makes me feel special, knows me by name and is always quick and helpful and helped me save money when my insurance coverage lapsed. She didn't make me feel judged either for not having insurance.

I had an appointment at CVS Pharmacy located inside Target at Skypoint. The appointment was scheduled online which was easy to navigate. I entered all of the information online so there eould be no delay at check in. The pharmacy is on the right side after the entrance. Very neat and organized. Customer service at the counter was very friendly organized and helpful. There was minimal wait for my appointment. Dr. Allison the pharmacist was extremely efficient. knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. I will definitely scheduled my next vaccine appointment here.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Walk-in Target CVS Sky Point. Today to refill, my prescription. Without waiting, great service. Greeted as soon as I, was in line. And med's, was ready. As soon, after browsing. The isles, In Target, clean and nice layout.

Literally the worst CVS I've ever been to. I don't know if the staff just don't care.. or they want to make it known they really don't care about your time and business.Longest wait to even ask a question to which the pharmacist till dissappear into the back with a backed up line to see if the information they're giving me is correct.Get ready for lines and a wait. What should have taken me let's say 5 minutes. Took me a whopping 30 minutes no exaggeration.

Jason and other pharmacist have been great even though I have not been. I feel like there needs to be more of a communication between patient and pharmacist on what is going on because the generic thisnor that isn’t always good for everyone.

I came in last week to receive my booster and had a great experience. I did a walk in at 3pm on a Saturday and the staff was so helpful.Today around 1230 I brought my mom to get her booster since I had such a great experience last week.Night and day. The staff was so rude and unhelpful.My elderly mom went to the counter and the gentleman said they only do appointments. She asked if they had any available today and he told her he didn't know to check the app. And handed her a piece of paper. My mom was struggling with the app. So I went back to the counter.I explained to the woman at the counter that I was in last week and walked in with no problem. She said "oh well it just depends who is here if they'll do it". Uh. Ok. So I asked if they had any appointments available because we were struggling with the app. I asked if she could please tell me if there's any available appointments. She said no. That's it.So if you have an elderly customer or a person without a smart phone, they're just out of luck ? Can't schedule ? Seems discriminatory to me.So unhelpful. They were not busy at all. Not a single person in the waiting area. Whereas last week it was packed and they were still kind and helpful.Do not go here.
