Awful customer service from the pharmacy. Been told my prescription is ready to pickup "at any time Thursday" come Thursday I come in and it's in fact not ready plus I have to wait for their lunch break before they fix their mistake. Don't plan to pick up any prescriptions in a timely manner especially if you're trying to get your prescription done before going to work, or going anywhere in a timely manner.

it so bad at the pharmacy i dont kno who to complain about first..the pharmacy clerks ,or the pharmacist. There level of professionalism is very poor ,the pharmacist speaks so harshly and they end conversatin with YUP and then just hang up.with out saying good bye or have a nice day ...i will be changing my pharmacy . i use it because it closes to home but for kindness and professionalism i drive the extra mile .shame on you .it's already bad enough that people are on medication but to be treated like this is unacceptable

I have lived in Vegas for the past 50 years and this pharmacy is by far the best I have ever used. Mike is the head pharmacist at this location and he is great. I have always been able to get my medication on time. They have never told me that they have ran out of my medication and I take meds for pain and many other things.

Called to have a prescription transferred around 11am and the guy who answered said "oh it'll be a couple hours" and that was it, nothing else, just hung up. Then I call around 5pm to find out the guy did absolutely nothing and the lady that answered told me to call the other pharmacy instead and have them transfer it...You guys are a hot mess in this location.

I've been the second person back in the Drive-Thru now for over 15 minutes and the sign says drop off or pick up ..you don't fill the prescriptions while you're sitting there .Yet this cab ahead of me hasn't moved in 15 minutes. There are five of us now just sitting here wasting gas.

Got my covid PCR test at my 1100 am appointment and had my full results by 0100 the next day. Less than 14 hours turn around.

Not feeling well so I went to the drive through for my meds. 5 cars in line. 32 minutes. And still waiting. Why? Because all Covid testing done at drive through. Yes, better than having I'llPeople go inside .... BUT... there is still One person dealing with the drive thru. The line is blocking people from getting in and out of their parking spots.some lady actually got out of her car to yell at us. This business needs to rethink how they manage this testing and traffic flow. Ok... 35 minutes and STILL waiting! Changing pharmacies.

This young lady it's extremely rude and racist. I had to deal with her multiple times and she never has a nice face or welcome face ! Instead if the pharmacy seem that you arriving to the cemetery... well probably there they have more compassion than this girl.... And I'm surprise because she is pretty young shouldn't have that much stress or overwhelm stress. Today she went above and beyond- she made me do the line twice just because at the first time I was 3 minutes early to my COVID test appointment . Now I'm waiting again after 2 more cars to reach the window again . The funny thing in this pharmacy is that I can keep telling you terrible experiences in this pharmacy and always with the same person ... unfortunately she the closer CVS that we have in the neighborhood! I hope a supervisor realize that she is not professional, she is rude, NO ongoing, NO friendly , NO knowledgeable, etc !

Horrible customer service a pharmacy. They kept loosing prescription. They don't answer the phone from doctors or listen to messages about refills from doctors. Today they told me they wouldn't re-fill my prescription from my doctor because they knew better than the doctor and said I should not have two muscle relaxants. Even thought they had refilled these two drugs before, now they would not. I am taking my business to another pharmacy that actually give service. I do not support CVS anymore
