The pharmacist that was in charge today on 02/28/2024 was extremely rude to me. She refused to fill my prescription today because she said it was already 5 pm and she’s not able to do that. She told me to find another doctor because my physician cannot send a prescription at this time because is too late. She was trying to argue with me. I’m very disappointed.

I have rarely in my life dealt with blatant rude staff. I've worked in customer service most of my life and understand it's a difficult job but there's a power trip going on with this staff that is unnecessary. I asked for help to figure out how to make less trips to pick up my meds (cancer) and I just don't have the energy and I was chastised by the blond curly hair girl "oh so you want me to make your life easier"???!!! I only asked for help and yes that would be great considering I have cancer. I send my partner in now because it's just so unfriendly and unhelpful I want to cry.

Gary was good. I bought hot pockets. Moldy as can be. I came back, opened every box of that variety every single one moldy!!!! Expire Oct 24! I did the quality control and I asked for the different hot pot pockets for free and my money back as I had to come back. This place is horrible! I paid cash and inconvenienced my night now he is telling me that he won't give me my cash back. Zero stars!!!! Worst CVS I've ever been to

The crew of Target CVS GRAND CANYON lack customers service training. Slow and no pride in doing their job.

The Pharmacy manager is the worst. I was emailed a customer survey after my interaction which I filled out honestly.I was provided horrible customer service. When I showed up, no one greeted me and everyone was just chatting away (they had no customers). When I was checking out, the pharmacist (who apparently was the manager) still continued her conversation with her coworkers (it didn't sound like it was business related). In my review that I filled out via email, I wrote that all I wanted was adequate customer service, because I think providing good customer service would kill her.YES, that was my review. Apparently.... this person who helped me also got to review my survey, and see my name. She just called me to tell me I was no longer welcome at that CVS because I threatened to kill her?????????? Even though on the phone I insisted that is NOT what I wrote, she wouldn't believe me and takes threats to her life very seriously.I can see where an auto correct could have happened or how she could have just misread what I wrote. Either way she was not willing to have a civil conversation to sort things out, I believe she was already upset that I wrote in the survey that she had horrible customer service (she did mind you). I requested her to send the survey to me so I could see myself, as I know I didn't write any threats in my survey, but she also refused and kept telling me she had it right in front of her. To any other people out there, if you have negative things to say about the pharmacist, do not fill that out in the survey they email you after your transaction, as it goes directly to the pharmacist and she may just ban you from this CVS.When I asked to speak with her boss... I was denied as she's the boss (her words). I WILL BE CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE TOMORROW TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE.This manager's behavior is unacceptable. I was trying to provide honest feedback and my words got twisted into a threat. This is NOT OKAY.Good news, the other CVS I frequent, the staff is really nice there.

I developed infection of my arm after receiving a COVID booster. I know this is common but this one is different cause it was tender to touch, red and swollen, been having high fevers and its been 2 days already. I had to go to urgent care cause i am a cancer patient and im not supposed to have infections due to my immune system being compromised. I am still having fevers and just started on antibiotics. Next time, whoever gave me the shot, i believe she is the pharmacy manager, please inject the needle very quickly cause she was so slow with poking the needle on my arm in which that will cause swelling on the area. I didnt say anything to her at that time but lesson learned for me, i need to give instructions now cause i am also a nurse myself.

I was met by rude and unhelpful customer service over the phone that made me feel like I’m a hassle.I wanted to transfer a prescription from CA pharmacy to NV because my dad is in town and was told things like “your doctor should call this pharmacy” and “we’re closing for lunch soon.”I know there are many shoulds but in this moment I am a customer asking for help. Sam the technician decided to tell me it’s her lunch hour and that I should’ve done something else. I explained that his provider is only licensed in CA and could only prescribe in CA. She responds with “well that’s not true. Transfers will take 48 hours and depending if we have it or not it could take up to another few days.” Typically a call for a copy (transfer) does not take that long when the pharmacist calls the pharmacy. She responds with “you can tell me the steps but I know how it works and I’m telling you our procedures!”When I ask initially asked for her name she would deflect the question with “I’m a technician here.” After several attempts I finally get “I’m Sam, the technician. Just so you know, I’m not going to be here after 2PM.”When I asked for the manager’s name she deflected the question with “the manager isn’t here today. Sandy is on duty.” I understand everyone has their bad days but it’s not justifiable to treat patients/customers the way Sam did. Especially for people who work in healthcare, you’re here to help patients. Sam needs to learn her laws if she is going to refute what a customer is telling her and take a course in customer service. It is not ok for me to be told that a medication will be ready by a certain time then to find out on my own after calling the next day that it hasn’t been filled. I was provided with no solution oriented assistance when the pharmacy is the one out of stock and no one called to inform me. I had to call other pharmacies and the provider myself to get the prescription changed. Then at the end to be met with a rude staff that showed no sense of urgency or empathy towards the situation. Please be better.

this pharmacy is honestly the best one I've ever used. there's a CVS closer to my house but i refuse to go anywhere but here if i don't have to. all of the staff are incredibly kind, patient people, and as someone who has a lot of chronic conditions to manage and some brand name medications that are often difficult to stock, that matters.whether it's my doctor's office or my insurance, they work hard to communicate and get my prescriptions when i need them. once when my thyroid medication (hugely important) wasn't in stock and would take days to arrive they reached out to other locations, found one for me with it in stock, and even called me afterward to make sure i'd been able to get my medicine. this morning i went in to switch some of my prescriptions to cvs caremark (my insurance uses this service for mail order) and told them that the representative at caremark said the cvs pharmacy would need to move my prescriptions over. even though they've never had another caremark transition come from their end and not caremark's, they still handled this for me. and they handled it FAST—by the afternoon caremark was sending me confirmation emails.health insurance companies are hell to work with, and it's so hard to advocate for yourself as a patient. this cvs location makes one step in the health care process much easier to bear and i can't thank them enough for that.(i will say their telephone system is hell to deal with, and it can be difficult to navigate the automation for the "talk to a human" stage. however every cvs i've contacted has the same system so i don't hold them at all accountable for that. i usually just go in to resolve any issues—it being inside a target really helps to motivate! ?)

I ran into a bunch of problems with having an important medication get denied through my insurance and all three staff members went above and beyond to help resolve this issue. Please forgive me if I misspell their names but I believe it was Sandra or Sandy, Francis, I believe is her name and Daniel. If you appreciate a nice, friendly, staff. I would definitely consider using the Cvs in target on flamingo and Grand Canyon!

i don't know who was in the pharmacy - either tech or pharmacist; but she literally took my call just now and talked to me like i was the stupidest person to exist because i was a bit confused on filling prescriptions at a different chain location. nasty attitude and it seemed like her having to do her job and fill a prescription was so hard and kept cutting me off when i explained why i was calling there. don't know who she is, but if you can't handle a 45 second phone call, DON'T BE IN A CHAIN PHARMACY.

By far the best service from a CVS Pharmacy.Went through a lot of medical procedures and when it came down to getting my medicine I had a lot of insurance issues. The pharmacists here did everything they could to get my medicine off hold and authorized. Also dealt with some issues of my medication being out of stock, informed me on how to resolve this issue and quickly got it done! Thank you guys for doing everything you can. With having experience working in the back end of pharmacy benefits I know how difficult it can be so I appreciate you!

There are 3 other pharmacies that are walking distance from my house and I still choose to drive over 2 miles to this CVS. The pharmacist (Sandy, I believe is her name), is the sweetest most professional person I’ve ever spoken with. The whole team is just very helpful and efficient.
