Please repair the Drive-Thru. There are people who come straight to CVS from Dr appts and can't or don't want to get out their vehicles...Consider the elderly and those with young children or pets...The staff are wonderful...we've been patiently waiting...so let's get this done in 2024! Yay! I went to CVS on 3/30/24 and the Drive Thru is now open!

One of the worst pharmacy in Las Vegas! Rude uncaring staff and only 2 people have acted decently. They text when one medication of 7 is ready and then wait to restock that one before calling with another of your 7 for example. I guess they cannot trust the staff around medicine because they are out of stock on important meds. Bathrooms in the store itself are extremely dirty. Poor location to get in and out of then to be hassled about your meds on top of that is not worth it and no wonder their reviews are so poor. I would give ZERO stars if I could. !! Avoid this location.

Thank you CVS for treating Veteran Senior Citizens for LOUSY Customer Service. Kenny is the Worst. Medicines are never filled on time. It’s always some excuse as why it’s not available. Shameful

It comes in handy that they're open 24 hours. If you need help in the pharmacy ask for Sara. She is kind, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. If, however, you are greeted by Kenny in the pharmacy, run away and wait until another associate is at the counter. He is rude and clearly does not care if you get the help you need or not. Management - if it wasn't for Sara I would find another pharmacy.

I'm furious today. I'm tired about "Self Check out". What's going on, where are we going? Lots of businesses using self check out. How about people? Do they actually find another position or they just get fired?There was actually only one person, I guess "teaching" customers how to use self service. I have to find my merchandise, ring it and pay. Do it all! The business just collect our money. Just that simple. Well this is one CVS I won't be going. I'm going to refuse self check out. Cashier is not my job. Is someone else I won't be part of losing their job.

I have a certain schedule of my medication. I pre-order for the day I need to pick up. On the day I can pick up and need it, then they all of a sudden need to order it.The don't understand the concept of a preorder

There were ZERO employees working the register because they're trying to push customers to use only the self help machines instead...neither of which worked correctly and required the help of two employees who were very nice but had trouble with them as well. Only one takes cash. How is this saving time and trouble again?I can buy these products anywhere...I do not have to go here and I will be purchasing elsewhere until CVS goes back to ringing people up like they should be. Re-freaking-dicolous.

I went to the pharmacy at 1:27. They close from lunch from 1:30 to 2 PM so I came back then I had to wait in the line at the drive-through with no cars ahead of me for four minutes for the pharmacy department to finally come and help me. I had to use the call button twice. This is ridiculous. If I’m in line nobody’s there you cannot have your customers just waiting while you finish up what you’re doing because they were not on the phone either. There was at least 2-3 employees inside the pharmacy department If it wasn’t for my insurance that forces me only to use CVS because it’s coat owned with AETNA I would never be using the CVS pharmacy. It’s ridiculous. Anytime you order prescription you have to give them 2 to 4 hours to have it ready so much for emergencies or circumstances you have to beg them to have it done sooner within the hour
