I honestly can't give any suggestions on what to do better. My experience everytime at CVS is top notch. Ray was my pharmacy tech that assisted me with getting my fiance's prescription. She is nice and efficient at her job she was also pleasant.

I usually go to the cvs on Bonanza & Lamb. I was told that they were out of amoxicillin, and that I should be able to pick up medication at another location for my sick child. I called 12/5/22 at 6:12pm the woman that answered the phone sounded extremely annoyed and said they might be out of medicine before even checking. She asked for the information dob, name, etc with such an awful attitude like it was an inconvenience so I told her that I'll just wait an extra day & won't bother her. I feel bad for anyone that talks to this woman. I'll never go back. I hope she finds a job she won't feel miserable doing because it was awful enough to review. I usually like to write kind things about people but this was frustrating & unprofessional.

Well, I see alot of bad reviews about this CVS location. I will tell ya something, 3 years ago, Between March and June, I used to shop at this CVS location when i lived in Las Vegas. Me and my roomate would go across the street to Sonnys for Chicken. A nice young lady by the b=name of Kailey was working here. She was short, With long dark brown hair. She had tattoos on her arms. She wore a flower in her hair. And she was of Causcasian decent. She was the sweetest young lady that worked the afternoons and mornings. This was the only professional and happy young lady there. Shed great customers at the door. Shes not working there anymore. But shes the only reason im gonna give this store 5 stars.

Liliana did my family and I's COVID vaccine (first and second) so polite, sweet, patient, and recommend to anyone to go here for their vaccine with her she's amazing! We were walk ins and it was pretty fast and simple!

I have to agree with the last review. I was there for covid testing is the worse place I ever been for that. Unorganized, rude be ready to wait more than one hour after your appointment to get served.i If you need to get tested rather go to Walgreens or quick care for a good experience

I grew up in this area before this store location even existed. So, yes... having a store in our neighborhood with terrible employees is a total disrespect. Every time I come in to this location, the employees are disrespectful with no sense of urgency to help customers. I came into the store this morning at 10am (only "shopping" customer in store) and I had to wait for an employee to assist me after she saw me walking to the register, I sat my items on the counter, so I can go the other side of the register and press the red bell on the counter for her assistance & she finally asks me if I need help and after saying yes and the alert overhead she then walks over towards me and points with her toes from left to right to the blue stickers on the floor (which is meant for guests to make sure they stand a few feet apart due to covid) and THEN tells me that "next time, I needed to wait there." Mind you, I'm the ONLY one there ... store is as empty as the Las Vegas strip in March 2020. So, I can't even set my items down on a counter now? Mind you, this employee's name is Angelica, she's the same person who assisted me previously and told me that she "couldn't cancel my transaction because it would take her too long to do" when I asked if she could cancel it, so I can reenter my new number that I updated for my rewards. I moved near the CVS on Sahara and Valley View from 2018-2019 and the way that store conducts themselves vs this one are total opposites. Such a shame. These two CVS's on lamb has gone downhill. Thankfully, they have the Pharmacy and Rewards program to keep them alive because it sure isn't the customer service.
