We received our updated NOVAVAX covid 19 at our neighborhood CVS. JEFFREY the pharmacist is just wonderful as are his staff.When CVS let us know they had the NOVAVAX vaccine, we canceled our appointments at COSTCO.

Tony (Pharmacist) is rude and condescending, he treats you like you are the scum on the bottom of his shoe. I'm 60 and suffered a TBI with neck and back injuries and he treats me like a drug addict and like I'm doing something wrong when I need a refill post surgery. He needs to learn that he wouldn't have a job if we didn't need medication, and treat us as people with illness or we wouldn't need RX!!!! Have some compassion! Don't like your job, QUIT! Don't take it out on customers who don't deserve it. Otherwise...great store.

I used to pick up a lot of medications for my mother from Walgreens Pharmacy for over ten years but we not satisfied with their service at all so I decided to change to CVS Pharmacy. Since I changed to CVS I can tell the difference between two big companies one is care and the other one not at all. My mother sees my frustration every time that I have to pick up her medication but she didn’t seek that no more and she said to me “ We should change to CVS long time ago. We’re really waste time with Walgreens. I hope CVS keeps this service so soon or later people going to transfer from the other one to CVS just like me and my mother

Tony the bald pharmacist makes this pharmacy look terrible! The lack of customer respect is outrageous, it is really apparent he dislikes his job and sets a bad example for the rest, so now the customers have to deal with the consequences. I myself had to research on how to take the medication prescribed due to a lack of concern. Be vigilant on Tony's mood, before taking his advise.

Worst CVS pharmacy location on S. Hollywood. They close everyday from 1:30 - 2pm and close so early Sundays @ 5pm. Beware they will close the drive thru whenever they want. So be prepare to drag your sleepy crying kids in the store. I don’t care if you are short staffed, your pharmacist has an attitude, customer service sucks.

Second store to disappoint me. My doctor sent them two prescriptions directly. They said they needed to contact the doctor about one of the prescriptions. They then text me my prescription would be ready for pickup on Friday 4:30. So I drove up to pick up my prescription and they said they never got a hold of the doctor. It was a pain medicine. Of course it's Friday, and the doctor's office is closed. If they would have called me back or texted me I could have called my doctor. So a weekend without pain medicine, I already waited 2 1/2 days. I would have not been prescribed the prescription if I didn't need it? Pharmacy has no business second guessing doctors orders. I can see if I brought in the prescription myself to verify, however they sent it from their office. Terrible customer service!!!!! I am glad I won't die without this, but really it could have been bad. Will not go back after this gets straightened out.

Super sweet employees at this CVS. I always have a good shopping experience here and I go here at least once a week. The cashier's are so nice and helpful and the pharmacy is always busy but quick at getting to every customer in a timely manner.

This store is very nice! It is very clean and they always have their stuff stocked up! The workers are very nice and they're very helpful! The whole store is very nice compared to other CVS's!

Went to call in a prescription for a patient, asked to speak with the pharmacist, they were trying to send me to voicemail because they were busy but I was told by my employer to speak with someone and make sure it was done. I told the pharmacist that I was willing to wait on hold. He had an attitude because I said that I was willing to wait. He had a very bad attitude. I understand you being busy, I get it but if someone says that they are willing to wait, you would think you would be a lot nicer? I would have given you 5 stars but at this point you get 1 star for bad customer service.

Is COVID important? Been exposed, having symptoms. Have an autoimmune disease. The website for the appointment itself says arrive within 30 minutes of appointment time. Now I tried to be right there on time. Been laid out in a bed for 24 hours. Wouldn't even have gone out of the house aside from the fact my job requires I take a test. I have three kids learning from home and when a quick issue came up I fixed it quickly making me 6 (according to their clock 8) minutes late. To be told no I'm canceled. So I sat in front of the drive thru for 15 minutes setting another appointment. NO OTHER CAR CAME. Now normally I'm easy going... but I do not feel like I was treated, told nicely. I also told her it said within 30 minutes of appointment time and she said "No it says 30 minutes before" and as I silently went into my phone to see how to reschedule she again said "It says 30 minutes before" to which I responded (tears in eyes because it took a lot to get out of the house) "No one is arguing with you" Why do people choose this field who don't have a heart for others? Canceled or not, there's a nice way to say everything. AND IT DOES INDEED SAY WITHIN 30 minutes of appointment time.
