The sales person was nice at the beginning but started talking about something I didn’t understand, then started ignoring me after I paidIt’s like once I paid they did not care anymore, I asked if it was 5G and the guy just kept saying yes right away like I was asking something stupid ???

Went here to get a new phone and was offered only 3 choices. I picked the one that the employee said was the best one. I used it and didn't like it and noticed I was not given a receipt. I called the store the same day I got the phone and informed the employee of my grievances. I had to call multiple times before she answered. She told me she offered me those phones because she thought that was all I could afford and was told to come back to the store for a receipt and refund. When I went back to the store I was told I had to go back the next day because she needed a manager. I go back the next day and was told by the manager that I could only get a small percent of my refund then I was told since I didn't get a receipt nothing could be done but tried to sell me another phone for almost $200. I called customer support and they told me to dispute the charge since they are refusing to give me a receipt or a proper refund. The manager also informed me that he was getting multiple complaints about the employee and would said there would be disciplinary actions but I doubt he did anything. Now I'm stuck with a 4G phone I don't want when I had a 5G phone. This was NOT an upgrade for me.Don't let these people scam you out of your money because if you don't look like them and share that culture this could happen to you too.

P I'm over here at the cricket store on nella's house help me wonderfully my phone was locked out he opened it up reprogrammed it I had another employee from another store tell me that it was no good just to get rid of it and he's the next guy around fixing these phones he's helping me several times I just wanted to let you know that have a great day you got a good employee very courteous

Whatever male that’s working right now 10:00am Saturday 7 is very rude . How can someone like that be able to answer a phone !!!!! I asked one question and he just was rude with an attitude. Keep that at home don’t bring it into work !!!

Out of all the cricket stores, this is one of the best to visit. Every time I've been here, its been a positive experience. The salesperson I spoke with the first time made really great points about all the carriers we have here in the U.S and I was shocked that cricket has quality service for the price im getting. I like how straightforward cricket people are

As I was going into my dentist, I noticed this Cricket store and called to see if they have power packs, which they did. After my dental appointment I went over to check and found 4 different choices under the cost of 1 that was at Verizon! The young gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful! Additionally, he provided me with information on plans and services beneficial to myself, family and friends, a total win-win visit!

After calling numerous times I made my way up to your location where I saw the employee greeting me but she didn’t answer the phone.
