I couldn't make an outgoing phone call. I'd dial, no ring, and the call would end. I tried for about an hour, no change. I had an important appointment that needed to be scheduled. I went to the Cricket store, and, Voila! The awesome woman, forgot her name, fixed it in a matter of minutes!! Sooo pleased ?

After months of calls and text messages from cricket about an upgrade discount i finally went to the store, just to be told that it only applies to new customers, I've been helped here before by knowledgeable employees, but today they made me feel like a cheap beggar

I was told my phone was brokke that i needed a new one .and so i bought a new onez $107. Dollars. And i had a worinty . and when i found out i didnt need one my old phone was fixed. 4 hours later then im told no refunds . what kind of place are you running here?? ??

AT&t has a very bad service in North Las Vegas compared to Verizon or T-Mobile. I don't recommend cricket because they use AT&t's network

Horrible customer service, they need to replace the manager Roberto , and April He was very unprofessional , and He was not wearing face mask What It was surprising the regular employee were wearing mask but the manager not.

Millie was awesome! She was so sweet and helpful. We went in to get my daughter an upgrade to a better phone. Millie helped us get what we needed and never once tried to upsell or pressure us into something more than we wanted. She was very sweet and treated us like we had known her for years.

This branch strives to provide the best customer service possible. Friendly, polite, and willing to go above and beyond when an issue arises(which is very rarely and NEVER the fault of anyone working here). Love this branch. Millie the manager is sweet and loves her customers...even when we(ok, I ) get(apologetically) gripey. . Shop here, people!

Nate April and Millie...thank you for the best phone buying experience I've ever had! Even though things didn't go exactly as I hoped (because of me not them) I still walked away with a brand new edition to their inventory and state of the art 5g phone plus excessories with only a delay in the rest of a great deal.
