I never left a review..Today, however, I was impressed by the warm response that I experienced even though it was a short time there..I went to cancel my dead father's cell phone a while ago, and I was comforted by the sad feelings that were suppressed..I am so grateful for the employee's heart, so I leave a review..He will be blessed for life.

If I could give 0 stars I would - horrible company. I ran in to buy a few items and explained to the lady helping me I wasn't sure that the items would work and was it possible to return the items if I had proof of purchase- she said yes and spent about 30 min with me. when I realized I needed to return 2 of the 3 items, I was told my an alleged manager there are no returns - All sales are final - look at the receipt! NICE - how about train your staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Elmer was excellent! His customer service was impeccable. I had purchased my iPhone from another store but his store carried the phone. So he was kind enough to help me set it up and made it so convenient and stress free. Thank you so much Elmer for your excellent customer service! You get my 5 stars!!!

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. My vent is nothing on this store but.... I just suuuuper hate that cricket was bought out by at&t. Since buy out they charge $4 to have a person, live or phone, take ur money to pay ur bill. Rare occasion to have to need a person do it but there are times. When it was just cricket there was no charge to go inside to pay. But hey thats Corp america now :) thats why I secretly wish the at&t leaders all red lights one day per week in their daily commute. Or a day of indigestion. Just a very minor nusance, nothing big.

Yesenia was so helpful, very informative and knowledgeable. Made sure to find out my needs and wants so I could pick the right plan. I know we can pay online but I might just have to swing by the store to get some more of that great customer experience.

The manger is a joke omg Elmer not sure if I spell it correctly but what boohoves me he had no consideration to help me because he was worried about the people in the store my father been with this company 25 years I’ll make sure he change soon
