2 days in a row I came to this place to upgrade my daughters phone. 1st day we arrived at 10am and the lady there wasn’t prepared she told us it was her 1st day and she basically was unprepared so I said we’ll be back the next day which was today 6/2 and that lady said she was the manager and that she would take care of us and even provide a free screen protector so what do you think happened when we arrived at the store today, June 2 that lady wasn’t there and the lady that was there started speaking to these three people never acknowledged me and my daughters were actually there to buy a phone apparently, the other people were browsing are looking took so long still didn’t acknowledge us that we just walked out of the store and went to another location and spent my hard earned money elsewhere. I strongly advise against going to that store, especially if you were not of Hispanic nature thumbs down, but my daughter is happy now with her new phone that she got from another store My advice everyone Customer Service should be very most first and important and if you don’t have customer service, this store needs to really look at who they’re hiring and who they have working there and look at the knowledge gaps and the lack of communication because it’s atrocious

I have left the cricket customer line no more cricket for me I suggest everyone else to leave this cricket due to there rudeness and behavior I recommend Visible Or Tracfone so you don't have to deal with rude employees

You have no idea how hard it is to find good customer service and people that generally know their jobs and don't play games with your money or your time. Martha and Luis are a treasure. They helped me with my plan and my phone so much I am forever grateful and I will go to the Tropicana and Maryland Store when ever I need something. They are life savers.

I'm giving this a 2 star review when I was here the new employee's is working here now since my favorite one got fired but anyway these new workers, his helper that's works with him she rude she tried to frame me of stealing, whan I got to the store I had the box to my phone and when we was about to leave I put my box back in my bag while she puts the phone that I choose on the shells for Christmas and when I was about to leave she frames me so me and my mom got mad at her took the box out show the guy an' than show her and I told her next time I'm doing a zero star review so since it not possible to put zero I give it a two.

Would give a zero if possible Stephanie had me upgrade to a phone worse then my own and then was not able to complete installment told me I can do it at home. Furthermore she charged my card twice and everytime I call the store to see my return options due to the fact I live on the other side of town goes straight to voicemail never a response
