Lisa, the "store owner" is thee rudest person I've ever encountered. She was not helpful, had intense attitude and extremely aggressive. Answered the phone in a negative way and was extremely rude. Go somewhere else if you need help, you will not get it from this "store owner".

It’s says open Mon-Fri 9am to 8 pm I showed up at 9:17am and the store was still closed. Waist of time!!

The owner is extremely rude and refused to help with my phone I wouldn't suggest going to this location. There are plenty of friendly staff and owners at the other locations that will actually treat you like a human.

The employee or owner is rude and needs to learn how to talk to people and socialize with customers properly. Very unprofessional of her. Can't imagine how she talks to other people!!

Went in this location to purchase a small accessory product. Was told by the OWNER that I seemed upset about something and she wasn't going to sell me the product. Not going to go into further detail. This woman has no interest in representing Crickets good business name and shouldn't be allowed to operate a store for them. I've been a loyal customer for over 12 years and this is the first bad retail experience I've had. Don't give this location your patronage. Disgrace!

Extremely disappointed drove all the way here and it's closed when it says it's open, so I decided to drive to the Fort Apache one and it was closed to. Ridiculous (Sunday)

What a surreal experience.... we went to this store to change a new phone to an existing phone line and the per son at the register was nothing but rude and short from the very beginning.It went downhill when I told her that Cricket sent us to a store as we could not access the account pin and we could just show State ID there. She then told us that Cricket does not know what they are doing and that she owns 3 Cricket stores and knows it all. Somehow the fact that Cricket would send somebody to her Cricket store seems to infuriate her.We got the phone back and as we are turning to leave, we found out why she did not like us, as she was screaming that she does not like foreigners and how much more nice Americans are.The lady would not provide her name but told us that she owned this and two other cricket stores.Cricket really needs to look at the partnership with this store owner.

Wow. Just had a coworker come back to the car hysterical after dealing with the owner of this branch.... from the other reviews I'm seeing, she isn't alone. This coworker is normally even-keel and from what I'm understanding, the owner called her names, was wildly unprofessional, and was screaming at her as she left the store.BBB, here we come!

Don't go there. Our phone broke and we went in to get a different phone. Paid plus $35 a month and that one doesn't work so 'the owner' likes to hang up on you, if she answers the phone then threatens to call Metro on you when the phone is still under warranty and I just had a question. Pretty bad customer service and still won't answer the phone. I had to call corprate. Thank you. Semper Fi

I bought a new phone at the Cricket Wireless store on Rainbow and Warm Springs, sales person Arianna W. I was told that the cable comes with phone ,but the wall charger did not . I told her that my cable and wall charger would work and I would not need to buy it and asked ,are you sure mine will not work and she insisted mine would not. I got home and the cable and wall charger I have work with new phone, so I wanted to return it , it's $25 and don't need it . Arianna would not allow to refund and she is the one who insisted I need it for phone to work. I as really surprised that they would not return it because of wrong information given. She got rude wouldn't listen , just kept saying that the cord came with it and she can't return the wall charger. Cricket doesn't believe that customers come first and has terrible service .

Bought phones from this place on 1/29/2022 & purposely not given a receipt but told I had 7 days to return phones for refund. The phones only one hold 1/4 of data/apps from old samsung galaxy. Phones became extremely glitchy, screens would blackout and freeze. Went back to the store on Tue 2/1 & wed 2/2 but the reps told me I could not return phones without a receipt. When I told them I was never given a receipt & asked if they could look me up in the system, I was told they could not do that and the system would not give them any information about my account. On Fri 2/4 left work early to speak with a manager and ended up speaking with the owner. Explained my situation, my experience with the phones, her staff and why I wanted a refund. SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME TOLD SELL MY PHONES ON OFFER-UP & STATED EVERYTHING I TOLD HER WAS A LIE. She then only offered to return $30 of the $186 I paid. I noticed in the paperwork she pulled, she had dropped my original receipt on the ground and when I asked for a copy, she told me she didnt trust me with that information and questioned me about why I wanted it. She LITERALLY throws the receipt at me and tells me to get out before she calls the cops on me. all this disrespect happened in front of my 3 year old son. FYI, the receipt clearly stated I was entitled to a full refund. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB & consumer affairs.
