This "Owner"/Franchisee should be banned by @cricket from owning any stores!! She is UNHINGED!! She threatens to calls cops on customers who request a refund!!! Do yourself a favor and don't bother doing business Here. She is rude and hostile she locks the doors during business hours after each customer, so if she doesn't want you to ask about service or refund she will not let you in! It's unbelievable her behavior and unprofessionalism!! Smh I will never so business with @cricket if this is who you allow to own a store.

Lisa, the "store owner" is thee rudest person I've ever encountered. She was not helpful, had intense attitude and extremely aggressive. Answered the phone in a negative way and was extremely rude. Go somewhere else if you need help, you will not get it from this "store owner".

It’s says open Mon-Fri 9am to 8 pm I showed up at 9:17am and the store was still closed. Waist of time!!

The girl who helped me in this store has very bad manners. I was making an application and when I asked him for help he never paid attention to me. They need more professional people here.

The owner is extremely rude and refused to help with my phone I wouldn't suggest going to this location. There are plenty of friendly staff and owners at the other locations that will actually treat you like a human.

Went in this location to purchase a small accessory product. Was told by the OWNER that I seemed upset about something and she wasn't going to sell me the product. Not going to go into further detail. This woman has no interest in representing Crickets good business name and shouldn't be allowed to operate a store for them. I've been a loyal customer for over 12 years and this is the first bad retail experience I've had. Don't give this location your patronage. Disgrace!
