I've lost over 30,000 dollars provable due to Ivan's error of giving me a bad batch of numbers and after all that he wants to charge me for a new Sim card and number.Why would anyone in their right mind give them another dime.

Look, don't be fooled, all the good reviews that this manager has are fraudulent, they ask you to post them and what's more, they steal your information, these scammers should be in jail, they got mad at me because my phone stopped working after 10 days When I bought it, the manager spoke to me with very vulgar words, I don't know why Cricket gives this kind of people an opportunity, they should choose their people, they are a shame for the company

Gentlemen, it makes me sad to make these kinds of comments but I think that as a consumer you need excellence and respect, be careful with this store and the spoiled despot of the manager of this store. I bought a cell phone in this store and they sold it to me as new but it turns out that It was used and after 20 days it was ruined and I went to see if they could help me but what the manager did was use very ugly words that cannot be written out of respect for you, do not let yourself be scammed by these friends, also be careful that they they steal your information

$15 charge for having phone disconnected for less than 2 hours??? I am unlocking this phone and going back to METRO PCS better service better period. cricket has horrible reception FYI metro doesn’t charge at all if you can’t pay actually they give you a 3 day courtesy !

I would just like to say javier and his team was out standing and very helpful. They attended to me as if I had been there multiple times even though it was my 1st time there. So if looking for a phone and want somebody to help you Then cricket wireless is your place to go Be sure to ask for Javier or his teammates they will be glad to help you!!

Awesome guy at this location. His name is Ricky, he went above and beyond to help me with my issue and was very patient and helpful and detail oriented especially with myself being vision/ hearing impaired, awesome work!
