Every other phone company couldn’t helped us at all. At this store thanks to Ulises and Emely I was so satisfied with their service. They know how to explain everything we wanted to know, not like other phone companies that they say one thing and then comes out with another. Never seen how patient they were to help at all time. We even bought stuff we needed and even though they didn’t had it, I got surprised that they thought of one of them to look for it somewhere else. They are amazing workers.

I walked into this store yesterday there was 2 employees working i believe long story short approached the person how said what do u need help with very rudely i said hi I'm trying to get an extension on my phone bill she said ok what's ur pin I told her I kinda don't remember so she proceeded to tell me if I don't have my pin she can't help me so I ask her excuse me miss are u ok and also if I don't remember my pin aren't u able to generate me a new one she looked at me like I was stupid so I repeated it by this time I remember my pin because she was acting clueless as to what she can and can't do at her JOB so I asked her was she ok and do she like her job after that she snapped and said I can't take ur payment by leave the store and I told her I'm gonna leave and I remember I didn't have my credit card in my purse I got up and left so between the bad experience I was having with this employee who said her name was Kim I was completely confused as to why I couldn't be handle and accommodated properly she is definitely giving crickets franchise a bad look. Hopefully this location get more well manner people to represent their business.

I went two times there for pay my phone , and they said I need my ID for make the payment . They don't care was the second time that I went because she was with the system busy, and either take payment from my son that has his ID cause the account is under my name ??is like she was upset for recieve clients, you don't want to work or what's hellooooooo . Oh by the way my neighbor mades his payments online ,nobody ask for his ID ?? and I also went to another location and nobody said nothing about Id, they just take the payment. Please be more kind and comprehensive with clients. Thanks

I want to leave zero stars!Terrible rip off internet hotspotBeware!Tried to reach out the owner, either employees do not forward messages or he doesn't give a darn.On july 22 Afternoon I purchased the moxee hotspot 50.00 wireless hotspot data plan. I paid a total of 162.00 to activate this service paying for box, activation and plan.All week I struggled with this Shoddy internet connection. Constantly turning the box on and off an moving it to different areas in the home trying to get it to work better. I called customer service but they had no idea who I was. I gave them my full name and phone number and there was no record of account for me. I called the store and was told to come in but I did not have time in my schedule at that time to come down right at that time. I had some expectations that I could receive some customer service over the phone.FinallyOn the 29th only one week after purchase the box quit altogether. I had no choice but to go into the store. I went back to the desert inn/ eastern location. I was there for 1-2 hours was the only customer in the store most of the time and it took well over an hour for them to figure out the problem with three employees. Also, the store was 98 degrees inside and there was no air conditioning. Finally one employee abruptly told me the reason it was not working was because I used up all the data already in 7 days. I asked if I could return the box since It gave me problems. She rudley asked why didnt I "bother" coming in to return it before as the time to return the box is 7 days after purchase. I wasn't given any paperwork or told I had 7 days to return it. I had called on the phone to explain my issues but I finally found out that I had no account because the employee who signed me up used a store phone number to create an account.So I could never receive any customer service and when I finally did receive Customer service it was unacceptable.Not sure why they dont use my own name or number to make an account and use store phone numbers to create accounts, its all seems shady. I was unable to obtain any customer service.I don't feel like the internet service I was purchasing was explained well to me. The data plan wasnt explained well and I paid 162.00 and hardly received anything in return less than 7days of bad internet. I am stuck with this crappy moxee hotspot box which a representative at cricket told me to sell on ebay or amazon. I do not dare sell that junky box to recuperate losses as I feel it would be defrauding anyone who purchased it!! I feel completely ripped off.I am with cox communications now, I have a legitimate account number, a free router that works and can talk to customer service and get unlimited data for less than 100 a month. Even though I didnt make the smart choice buying this plan at cricket, it doesn't explain the lack of and non existent customer Service I received. It was truly a nightmare experience. Don't try to save a few dollars like I did, just pay for the better service.
