I had the absolute best experience with Santi and Sara at the cricket store I was in such a state of panic when I found out that I was unable to use my cell phone. They got me in quickly efficiently and had the absolute best customer service. Verizon lost a customer and cricket has gained one. I am excited to be a part of the cricket family. Thank you so much for your help today.

I'm blown away I came in today and was warmly welcomed with smiles and a very soft approach. I was offered all great services and products by Martha&Santigio when I say 10 of 10 I mean it .I got the brand new razor and fixed my other line all in less than a hour .Wow that's unheard of in Las Vegas. I would definitely recommend this store for PRICE &CUSTOMER CARE &SERVICE

I came and got 4 lines, Serena and Nayely were an amazing help. They both transferred all my data from my old phones and helped me save $30 a month. Will definitely be recommending this store to my friends.

I'm so excited to finally get away from Boost Mobile so much money for a service that I barely even had beware of Boost Mobile just signed on with Cricket the guy was really cool got a really cool to you on the phone everything's been cool now for about a week we'll see ..ohthe guythat was working with very extra sweet to my little Furbabies!

This place has the worst customer service every went in to replace my phone which I had a insurance on and the error made by the customer rep. On top of that they had my name listed as my employer name not my own so jumping though more hoops to rectify all this was a hassle. After three visit and nothing being done to help me, they couldn't even refund me nor assist me called Corporate and to no prevail notting was accomplished at all I don't recommend them at all infacted I'd avoid this location at all cost you may just leave empty handed and feeling robbed

Poor customer service. Employee's wasn't paying attention to customers because they were having talking and laughing with each other. I had to get their attention which was unacceptable. They were no help to me and seemed a bit mad that I interrupted their conversation. They also quoted me an incorrect and hire fee to activate my nephew's phone for the family plan. I called customer service and was given the real price. The employees got mad, refused to speak with the representative over the phone and we were told to leave the store.
