These newer type phones are not "senior friendly" at ALL so thank God the people that work at the stores are very smart and friendly. I never know in some other type shopping place they will be rude and have no patience with " older" people but not cricket! Thank you Cricket!

Amazing customer service! The girls there really helped me out with everything. The manager was extremely helpful and always helped me out and they always go the extra step to make sure I walked out! Really recommend people to go stop by!
