I went in today to switch my line to cricket and was held by Guadalupe. She has great customer service. She was working by herself and had quite a few customers and was able to manage getting everybody in and out as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Works well under stress. She definitely deserves a raise ?

We went into Cricket to get new phones for both my husband and my son. Both Caesar and T made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had. Very friendly and had wonderful customer service. I plan on going back to this store.

The customer service here is great the sales representative Rin helped me and my family out on getting phones and what phones we wanted he is like a tech guru his appearance may not seem so but he definitely earned the tip we gave him 10/10 would recommend.
