I went in today to switch my line to cricket and was held by Guadalupe. She has great customer service. She was working by herself and had quite a few customers and was able to manage getting everybody in and out as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Works well under stress. She definitely deserves a raise ?

We went into Cricket to get new phones for both my husband and my son. Both Caesar and T made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had. Very friendly and had wonderful customer service. I plan on going back to this store.

Both Caesar and T helped both my wife and myself get set up with 2 new phones. They were great and very knowledgeable about the products in store. They both are very friendly making the time there pleasurable!
