It was my 1st visit to Crystals Creed Boutique. I was greeted by Ruth. Ruth is such a wonderful person! I knew exactly what I was looking for and explained that I have been a faithful Creed customer since 2007. I felt like, I received the VIP Creed family experience! Wow, I was so impressed with how I was treated!!! Thank you Sincerely, this is my "go to" Creed store in Las Vegas! Thank you, Thank you Ruth!!!

Alejandro was incredibly helpful and knew about each Creed scent. I was originally planning on just looking but they had a good package deal with 5 different scents in a bundle so I couldn’t resist. Alejandro gave some extra samples of erolfa and a few others. He made the shopping experience genuinely enjoyable! Thanks again!!

I recently had an exceptional experience while shopping for cologne that I just had to share. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who made me feel right at home.
Ruth took the time to ask about my preferences and what I was looking for, showing genuine interest in helping me find the perfect scent. Her knowledge of the various fragrances was impressive, and she provided thoughtful recommendations based on my tastes.
What stood out the most was her patience; I never felt rushed, no matter how many options I wanted to try. Ruth encouraged me to explore different scents and even offered samples, allowing me to test them on my skin to see how they developed.
The atmosphere was inviting, and Ruth enthusiasm for the products made the shopping experience enjoyable. Excellent service for an excellent product. I came to Las Vegas on a business trip recently and stopped in pick up some cologne. Brandon helped me out and had a wealth of knowledge about the fragrances. Ask for Brandon specifically he understands why customer service matters.

My boyfriend and I have been looking at perfumes to get each other for the holidays. We stopped by this store during our trip to Vegas and Ruth was absolutely amazing and so kind. She provided the best customer service and answered all our questions, was so knowledgeable about the products, and was a wonderful person to talk to! We look forward to getting some products in the future :)

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this location. Ruth helped us and was extremely knowledgeable about the different options for both my girlfriend and myself. This was my girlfriend’s introduction to the Creed brand and Ruth helped me find the perfect scent for her next gift. She provided excellent customer service and made us glad we stopped. I will be looking forward to getting another bottle of Aventus Absolu during the next release.

RUTH RUTH RUTH! WHAT A BREATH OF CREED AIR! She made me feel at home with excellent customer service , and genuinely wanted my friend and I too have the full creed experience. When most would have viewed us as time wasters. At the end of it all my friend purchased an awesome men’s fragrance that came with a FRESHLY ROLLED CIGAR. Talk about cherry on top. 5 days in Vegas and my experience with Ruth was definitely something that’s stands out to me when I think about my trip. The Manager Bernard was incredible as well. He sent me home with a personal gift of his favorite scent, This is the scent I will be purchasing on my next visit in October.

Came in upon the request of my son who was all too eager to experience the quality of the colognes he’s been eyeing online. The in-store experience did not disappoint. Alenjandro was knowledgeable, friendly, and above all, absolutely engaging. What a treat! All 6 of us left with much more than we came with. Alejandro made my sons trip…and ours too.

Ruth was amazing!! Such a kind and professional employee she was very engaging and very easy to connect with. Nit inky was it in a professional level but also a personal level. She went above her"duty" to provide quality satisfaction to my experience with Creed. 12/10 recommend shopping with her also gave me samples of everything i liked!

I’ve had Gustavo help me twice. He remembered me from the first time which was a nice welcome. I ordered some cologne/perfume to be shipped and then my wife wanted to add another item. He had no issue sorting that out which is very nice since now we get it all together. Very friendly and more than helpful. I’ll be back when I’m in Vegas for sure.
