“I'm member of Navy Federal credit Union for about 5 years. They serve me well with credit lines and personal loans, since I paid off all of my real estate and car loans. They are very friendly to my family, since I'm still active at the military bases for 12-hour days a day, it helps to work with Navy Federal credit Union on the applications. I cannot always get to the credit union to do business since my hours for me 12-hour days.”
“The staff here is great. It’s extremely clean and a great location. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is because their ATM is slow if you need to make a deposit. (it only accepts up to 50 bills at a time) If they upgrade the ATM so it takes larger amounts of bills at once this will be a five star review. In general, I recommend banking with Navy Federal. The rates are unbeatable.”
“Ahvee treated me right! I came into the Vegas branch to order a replacement debit card. I was dreading that the unfriendly lady (now the manager maybe?) was going to have to help me, but I got this guy Ahvee! He was so easy going and he even had a nice compliment about my Smiths t shirt. Jjst a couple of weeks later, I got the card in the mail. One quick call to activate it. And, I was buying my first latte of the day with it in minutes! Thank you Ahvee! You may have actually saved me as a customer!”

“The branch is hit or miss pending on the day. You either get nice, friendly and fast customer service or you’re stuck in line or waiting to speaking to someone for a half hour plus due to little to no staff it seems. Good service and place, just need to make sure you’re there at the right time or plan to spend extra time waiting.”
