We took my son here for Preschool today with Ms. Monique, it was his first time in a school setting. He cried a lot throughout the day, I knew it would be like this as a transition but what infuriates me is the fact that not a single moment did I see his teacher engage, interact, or comfort him. My son would be crying in the corner and the teacher would be sitting down comfortably in the chair. There were multiple other adults who visited the class who engaged with him at eye level and tried to comfort him but never his teacher. There was also an incident during nap time between the teacher and my son which made the "Supervisors" need to look at it on camera. The anxiety and uneasiness that both my husband and I felt watching on via cameras, imagine what happens when not on camera or in the blindspots? His first day was today and also is last as we withdrew him immediately. The director, Yazmin, refused to give us a refund of the Fees we paid. Considering the negative experience, I would think its valid to expect a refund but we only got a "courtesy" waive of the 2 week withdrawal notice. Wow, thanks.

It's not for everyone, the Director Ms. Yazmin is nice , The front desk Lady Ms. Barbs is okay, so here is my experience I drop my son there for Pre-K but he doesn't like it, the teacher I would say they have lack of knowledge how to deal with kids especially on new kids, they should make the kids feel welcome, like saying," oh so this is blah blah blah, welcome to creative kids , and they should introduce the new kids to everyone so they feel welcome but none of that, when I dropped my son he was crying and one of the teacher told him that no you stay here and he never forgets about it, he said I don't like the teacher is bad, im not saying they are bad but they just deal the kids differently, if you are a Mom that need to drop ur son and doesn't care if he or she like it or not, this is the place coz u can live them from morning until 6pm but if u wants a place for a kids to feel good and learn things i dont think this is a place.

I want to take a moment to shed a positive light on Creative Kids Learning Center at (The Lakes). When it comes to choosing a daycare/preschool for your child, look no further, the staff at this center consistently provided a warm, positive, and friendly atmosphere for my daughter. Safety is essential when choosing a provider and Creative Kids made me feel comfortable and I never doubted that my child was unsafe. They also have an excellent cleaning system. My daughter used to constantly get sick at her previous school, but from the moment she started at Creative Kids, she rarely got sick. The price is okay for the quality, however if you are on a budget, they will work with you and provide options to assist you with your needs. The curriculum is developmentally appropriate and the security system is safe. The only issue I noticed was that the staff had a high turnover rate. Ms. Marion was an amazing teacher and so was rest of staff at the school. I wholeheartedly recommend Creative Kids Learning Center at (The Lakes)

We love this place! Nicest staff and amazing teachers! Yasmin and Barb make it such an easy transition and my daughter literally cant wait to go to school every morning! We have Ms Cassandr and Ms Tshaun as teachers and they are soooooo sweet! I love that I can watch her all day long on camera, and that completely eases my mind! Can't wait to enroll my son when he is old enough!

Unfortunately did not have a good experience here. Our daughter was very happy to go to this school and we were happy too about that! But then we had a very inappropriate/disturbing situation happening here (will not go into detail about that).. After that happened they never have apologized or reached out to us to make things right. They don’t care.. after picking up my child’s things they have nothing to give back to me than clothes. Never did they do any crafting, drawings, paintings. It’s very disappointing..

Creative Kids on FtApache has taken care of my babies for 8 years and they have always been attentive, clean, and have a family feel. The director has always been good at communicating and even handled the pandemic challenges very well. The teachers have all been so loving and dedicated. Especially Ms. Cassandra and Ms. Yvonne. Thanks to you all for taking care of my kids every single day with your love and expertise!

I called for pricing and the guy Michael was rude. He was not understanding and refused to give me info because I was concerned with getting bombarded if I provided my emails. Instead of confirming why he needed all of my info for just the tuition cost, he hung up on me.

My 2 kids absolutely love this school! My son was so excited to be reenrolled! I have found the staff friendly & easy going. They have a great app to communicate the children's daily activities. Reasonable price for daycare.

My son has been going to creative kids on Fort Apache for the last two years and it is absolutely wonderful. They have really helped me make sure that my son is becoming a good responsible young man. I cannot thank the center and all of the teachers enough for not only showing my son the value of getting a good education but also other things like playing nicely with kids and eating proper nutritious food this center is great do not hesitate to take your children there

It’s incredibly dirty, old and run down. The “library” is filled with trash. The director is rude. If you want cheap and subpar THIS IS IT!

As a first time mom, putting my 2 year old into school was something I was very nervous yet eager to do. However, I immediately fell in love with the school, the staff, the environment completely. It's everything you could imagine for your child to play and enjoy learning. My son always asks to go to school on his off days, he loved playing outside on the playgrounds and doing the different arts and crafts everyday. I have noticed a huge improvement in his behavior as well as his social and cognitive skills just in the first month he started. I encourage anyone interested to check out this school and really give it a shot.

First child care center we ever brought our daughter to and we couldn’t have made a better decision. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. My daughter loves her teachers and they even post updates thru out the day about her meals, potty, pics. She only goes a few days a week and still brings home tons of crafts and things she’s made for us. So far it’s been an all around great experience for our family. Thanks !
