I've been going to this hospital for three years. Besides the wait times, everything has been fine. However, when I took my dog to get neutered three months ago, I had to wait a long time to pick him up. Another customer who arrived after me got their dog before I did. I noticed the dog they were giving him looked exactly like mine. I was suspicious, so I got up to see the dog. THEY HANDED MY DOG TO ANOTHER PERSON. Thank god they didn't take him. But it seems very unprofessional to not double-check and make sure the employees are handing the right pets to the owners.

Do not go here. My family has spend thousands of dollars at this vet, and received absolutely terrible treatment in return. Firstly, we spent over 5 hours waiting for our injured cat to get treatment, with no empathy or understanding or even updates from the staff. Less than a week later, her injury got infected, so we went back, only to find out that they never gave her the antibiotic shot that they were supposed to do the first time. They told us that they called the next day and spoke to us and told us the mistake, but none of us even got a phone call. When they DID give her the shot, they acted like they were so nice for not charging us for it. But we already paid for it the first time, when she did not even receive it! They are responsible for her getting the infection and there was zero accountability or apology. Our cat had ongoing issues and we were continuously treated horribly. Whenever we politely complained to the front desk they did not care at all and gave half assed apologies. They never offered to provide any sort of discount for the immense times we waited and to make up for their mistakes. Another time, I brought our dog in who was not eating, drinking abnormally large amounts of water, and peeing constantly. I was told he needs to lose weight and essentially had all the concerns dismissed, despite him having not been eating. We later went to a different vet, it turns out he has late stage kidney disease, and the symptoms I described prior are all indicators of kidney disease. Now he is at the end of his life when steps could have been taken to treat the disease if it had been caught sooner. Also, the service is generally terrible, with insanely long wait times even when you have an appointment. They are understaffed, and if an emergency comes in during your appointment time, you will be pushed aside and kept waiting all day with no explanation or communication. We have had some positive experiences here, but they have been heavily outweighed by the negative. There have been times when the vet didn't even come in the room to speak to me, only the assistant, even though the vet was supposed to. Overall, there are a couple good staff here, but countless negative experiences have caused us to lose faith and trust in this establishment. I would recommend going elsewhere, ESPECIALLY if it is about an important health issue

Been taking my pets here for several years and overall have had excellent care. I especially love their groomer I have a lil Pepe le pew and she gets him looking handsome again. My only issue is the hard core sales tactics... ayecarumba they lay it on hard.. lil fluffy is in need of A B AND C and it's gonna cost $3000. To do what he needs... or else you can get some meds or cream for $300.... I always go with the lowest price and then pray jesus don't call my baby home to doggy heaven

After I posted here in a haste, Craig Rd personally called me to discuss the matter, stating it was a common reaction to puppy deworming medication. I truly admire this clinic for all my furbabies and have for 5+ years. They go over and beyond everyday, for all pets! Staff is always friendly and courteous.

I went back Saturday morning to get my dog re examined. I want to thank all the wonderful staff and Dr. DeJesus for resolving the issue and apologizing for the matter that took place Friday with Chad. They listed to me and apologized for how Chad acted. My dog was properly examined and we were are to figure out what was wrong with him. His Meds were given to me and no examination fee was charged. It makes me happy they actually re evaluated how I was treated and gave me and my dog the right care.

NO Stars but one has to be selected as a minimum requirement to post this We dropped our dog off for boarding and picked her up six days later. Our dog was spry, active and happy when we dropped her off. We picked up a dog who was lethargic, paralyzed on the right side of her body, and gravely ill All the while receiving daily text messages that everything was great and our dog was doing well. The last text message we received was less than 24 hours before we picked her up And everything was fine. We brought her home and immediately knew something was wrong. Her condition got worse as the day went on, and we returned to the clinic the following morning. She was kept overnight and tests were done. We were told she had a degenerative disc problem which she showed no evidence of ever prior to boarding her. This condition does not happen in less than 24 hours. The dog never recovered, and sadly had to be put down one week later, as treatment proved to be unsuccessful. I wouldn't take my goldfish there!

I will not recommend this animal hospital to nobody. I've went there multiple times in the past, and so has my father. I used to love the staff/doctors, but now they hire people who don't care about the well-being of your animal, and that truly sucks. All they care about is the money. I want someone to treat my animal almost as if it was theirs. I come to get my dog help because he was in pain. And the first thing (the doctor) jumps to is, "this might be the end," as if he knows what's going on. I didn't feel comfortable going to that hospital last night. And when I got there, my dog was even acting super weird. And for anyone who loves animals, you know to go based off of how your dog reacts. I ended up getting X-rays done, and he immediately tells me, "this is bad news." I'm not a radiologist, so I can't read X-rays (I can try to understand what's going on). While he explains what's going on, nothing made sense. He told me he wants to keep him overnight and etc. I'm supposed to trust the doctor, and I didn't feel like I could. I go get a 2nd opinion and I give the doctor the 1 X-ray he did take and showed it to him. He also said it's not good news. But he wanted to do more tests and give him some prescriptions to help him. He said to bring him back in a week. And that immediately gave me comfort. Now, I don't expect my animal to live another 10 years, but I will do what's best for him. And going to this doctor is not in your pet's favor. Quick, easy, money. That's all they care about.

Waited over an hour and a half for a vaccination. Would have been better if someone would have checked in on me and asked if I wanted to reschedule. No consideration or caring of some ones time. Very unprofessional.

Craig Road always treats pets and parents with care and dignity. I have been a client for over 20 years and would never think of taking my furry kids anywhere else.

All of our dogs are patients there. Dr. Larkin and Juliana her assistant is fantastic. Everyone there that I have made contact there is friendly. This vet makes sure all your questions are answered before you leave. I would recommend Craig road animal hospital to everyone.

Best of the Best!! Always friendly employees who care about cats and dogs ?. We have been going here since 2002. Even watched them expand the building 2 times the size. Just ask for veterans discount like we did. Its a one stop shop for animals. Open everyday. Love this place ❤ ? ? ? ♥

We are looking for a new vet, but they can't even give price over the phone for x-rays or anything else, so would have to hassle taking cat in, and pay $65 for full exam in order to find out price of x-rays!!

We are new to Craig road Animal Hospital. But so far loving the care, and services they provide. We were not even a established customer yet, and I clipped one of my 5 month old pups nails a bit to close. Late in the day too, no appointment and they got us in and took care of him. Then time for our pup to get neutered. sort of a last minute decision. I knew I was going to be of work due to rain. called them Tuesday evening. they had an open spot for the next day. (I Got lucky there.) But got him in, and everything went great. Very helpful, friendly staff too.
