Everytime I have to call(couple times) my experience has been great. Got what I needed, lowered my bill. Got my wifi box in two days. Excellent.

Cox is one of the worst internet service I have had since the past few years.

Everyone was very helpful and let me check rates on different services. I decided to stick with my current plan for now. I will shop here again in the future.
