Costco Pharmacy was my favorite pharmacy until now. Please be careful with CP.; what they do is: they make mistakes and they are punishing you for it. I could elaborate, but don’t want to. What happened with the amazing and intelligent stuff of Costco pharmacy?

I'm the doctor. Pharmacy makes up rules about what the DEA requires on a controlled substance prescription. They are deceptive, misleading, misinformed, unreasonable, unable to listen. I have to send my patients elsewhere. I told the pharmacist: "I want to send my patient to a real pharmacy."

Today the pharmacy filled a prescription for me and when I put them in my medication organizer, there were two less than what was supposed to be there. When I called the pharmacy the woman on the phone was very rude and her tone of voice was clearly saying, without saying, that she thought I was drug seeking. I simply said I don't need the other two but wanted to alert them of the problem since I have noticed. Again, she made me feel as though it was my behavior for calling that should be in question. It's concerning to me that not only did they not listen to me, but they clearly judged and dismissed my concerns and whatever concerns they surely should have about whoever is in charge of counting medications. I assure you I will ask to count with them when I pick up a refill and I suggest you do too.

Always friendly, always helpful. Occasionally there is a line to wait in, but I tend to be impatient, so I feel it's probably more my issue than Costco's. The techs always seem to be busy doing their jobs, so I feel they are being as efficient as possible.

As every pharmacy, there's lines that seem to take forever. But, these lines went pretty quick. Bonus, the employees are friendly and give a nice experience.

Waited over 45 min for a prescription that was electronically sent from my dentist office. Had to call my dentist office to double check if they sent it and they said they did. Waited back in line and was told they just got the prescription and isn't ready. So I walked around and got bananas. Mary rang me up for my prescription but said she couldn't ring up the $1.69 bananas with my prescription purchase. Maybe they should put a sign stating no other purchases can be made in that department. I could've bought my bananas during my 45 min wait.

Warning!!! They filled an e-prescription and charged me cash even though I have insurance. After realizing their error, I brought it back to get it re-imbursed or refunded. They denied both as it was longer than 2 weeks ago. They never asked if I have insurance!!! Watch your bill/receipt. They are nice, but this doesn't mean squat if they can't do their job properly. Never coming back here!

I cannot say enough good about this pharmacy. If it is not the best I have ever used it is definitely the second best. Alway a helpful and friendly face behind the counter. Very quick to recover if my order is not 100%. Absolutely Outstanding.
