The only store that asks not only the receipt but also a card you made a purchase with when you do a return here. Maybe you should specify it on your website so people don’t waste their time for nothing. We live so far from this store and drove all the way here to return something we bought yesterday just to be told that we can’t get our money back because we forgot the card we paid with at home. Why isn’t the receipt enough? Now we’ll have to waste another evening on coming back here again.

Associate working the aisles was very friendly! However, many things that appear to be in the correct location (ex: not placed there by another customer, is with other items of same color/size) are listed with a red tag as being on sale and are not. This happened to a few of our picks. Our fault for not checking every item at the register, but also misleading to have inaccurate shelves set up like this in the store.

This store is my WEAKNESS. I love getting my chocolate and garlic sriracha from here. I could spend all day in this store.

Smaller than most world markets I've been in. Bright the family in to explore, they have never been. Got followed around like a thief. Still made my purchase after waiting in line for 10 minutes.

Terrible shopping experience. Received email my order was ready, when I got there, they couldn’t locate. After much back and forth, it was hastily put together. I was failed to be notified that a couple of items were out of stock before I went to pick up my order. When I got home, there was a duplicate charge. When I emailed customer service, I was told I needed to go back to the store since it was a pick up. Fat chance. Instead I deleted my account and won’t be shopping at World Market anymore. Companies nowadays seem to think they can have next to no customer service and we will still hand over $$$$$.
