I go here every year and always get something it is an amazing place and feels safe the owner is really nice and helpful he also answers all my questions and let me try on stuff before I get them. It’s just a great place gonna go back next year.

This business conducts poor business practices. I do not recommend sending in shoes for consignment and would not shop here to support a poorly run operation. Hopefully, I don’t hear anymore more stories of the same experience. It’s sad that the world has to deal with untrustworthy people.

Do not consign with Correct Merch. I asked to remove items at the end of September, and it is the beginning of January with 20 pairs yet to be shipped back. 40/60 pairs were shipped at the end of October, but I’m still waiting for the last 20 to be shipped. Poor communication with excuses about why they didn’t have time to find my pairs or ship them. It shouldn’t take 3 months to find and ship shoes.

Visiting from Maryland (Washington DC area) and stopped in Correct Merch on Tuesday (11/21/2022). We were greeted by the friendly staff when we entered. It was busy, but they took the time to speak and ask if we needed assistance. I am a stickler about customer service, so the greeting when entering the store stood out!! We returned on Wednesday (11/24/2022), after visiting a few other stores looking for a particular shoe. I was impressed with my initial visit, but wanted to check out a few other spots, which we did. Came back to Correct Merch and was assisted by the owner, Dom, who was SUPER cool and accommodating! He went the extra mile to get the shoe (in my size) I had been on the hunt for!The store had a large selection of styles and colors as well as a nice vibe! After visiting 3 other stores (one store where locals shop), but returned to Correct Merch and so glad I did! Definitely will be our go-to spot when we are in Vegas!! Stop in and check them out!! You won’t regret it….glad I did! ?. I can’t find these shoes back in D.C! THANKS again Dom!!

Definitely will be coming back here when I visit from AZ again! The selection is endless, The guy who was working that day (11/12/2022) which was a Saturday was extremely nice and patient with me. I appreciate you my guy! I recommend this store to everyone

Correct merch is the only place I go to for AUTHENTIC shoes everytime and an amazing experience so I'm not too sure why there would be a single bad review. Everyone is super friendly, and their inventory is stocked so I always know they have what I'm looking to purchase. Love this shop and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the newest drip.

Went to buy two pairs of shoes for my daughter so she could pick one out. Asked them if they don't fit or if she does not like them can I bring them back. They said sure no problem. Have a witness. Two days later my wife and daughter return to get money back as they are too big and one pair is black on inside like they have been used. Completely changed attitude. Since they are no longer selling, we're rude, would not refund money and now I have to take legal action so they stop screwing good honest customers. Stay away from this place.

I went in to see about selling some of my pairs and the employee at the counter was rude af. Took a minute to answer any simple question and said that local people in vegas don't buy yeezy slides . As if locals shopped at over priced shoe stores. I've heard from a few people in the community about having the same issue with the same employee.

Took advantage of my teenage daughter marked up shoes at register and over priced them, when I went back to return them the owner asked why I gave my daughter that much money to begin with and then proceeded to mock everything I said and got in my face . He Claimed that all sales are final when there is no sign stating all sells final in store and was never told at the register. Do not buy from this store they are bad business.

I rate this place a -4. Bad customer service. They have rude staff working there giving me a hard time. After I paid they never told me I couldn't return my items. They never told me anything about the return policy.
