WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, AND YOU'LL GET A LIEN AGAINST YOUR PROPERTY A FEW DAYS AFTER YOU GET THEIR OUTRAGEOUS BILL.
Our tenants accidentally set our house on fire, and the fire department hired these crooks to board up the garage WITHOUT our authorization and charged us an excessive amount.
Today, we just found out they put a lien against our property when we just received the bill today, after a little over one month.
DO NOT WORK WITH THESE CROOKS!

I only used this company because one of my insurance companies had Copper Creek on their list of recommended companies- BIG MISTAKE!! They were to repair the water damages from the upstairs unit plus do several new upgrades. Unfortunately, they charged me Rolls Royce prices for Fiat quality... When they said the job was done, it wasn't complete because they rushed to hit their self imposed deadlines. Their communication was sub par at best. Requested a quote for exterior painting and repairs on 7/12, have yet to get am update on the time frame or cost. 7/31/23.Besides they have done other work for me just before covid. Anyone have another company.

Wish I would have read the reviews before hiring. Lior has a really bad attitude and everyone was really unprofessional throughout the entire process. There was little to no communication except for when they wanted money. They left a mess in my house which I had to clean up on my own and I've already had to do touch ups to the rooms because they were done so poorly. 7 months pregnant and I'm on the floor scraping off construction paper and duck tape because these guys are too lazy to do their jobs. I even had to haul the old vanity top out of the house on my own. Do yourself a favor and hire competent contractors that actually care about their work.

I thought this company was reliable but the result is shoddy workmanship, and a rep who does not live up to promises made. I would, at this juncture not recommend this company!

My family used their services during a very stressful time dealing with a major roof leak. They made the whole process from start to finish very smooth and easy. Excellent communication, quality work, everyone there is friendly and professional. Our home was repaired and looks like nothing ever happened. Phillip kept us informed of their progress every step of the way. They finished the job quickly but not sacrificing quality work. I definitely recommend Copper Creek and will use them again in the future.

After a neighbor plowed his van into our house, I interviewed different contractors for repairs and couldn't believe that some, after coming to look at the house, never sent an estimate or communicated in any way. Our insurance company referred us to Copper Creek and James came out the next day, and told us how the process was going to be lengthy because of permits, etc. He was honest about everything, professional in returning phone calls, texts, and emails and made sure at the end of the job that everything was done to our satisfaction so the house was as it was before the accident. Although the weather slowed things up a bit, they did the job as quickly as possible and Phillip, the superintendent, also communicated with me by phone and text as needed. Couldn't have asked for better service and will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of construction work done.Services: Paint indoors

Was very happy overall with the construction and workmanship that they did. Unfortunately there were additional products purchased that I paid for and have yet received. we are now going on almost 6 weeks and still no response from the company nor the vendor they contracted to deliver…

We had some water damage on our vaulted ceiling that needed repairs. My insurance company referred them to come out and give me a quote since the another company gave me a bogus bid. James got in contact with me the same day my insurance agent put in the request with them. He came to my property the next day. After approving the bid which was way less than the other co. He had me on the books the following week.Philip the super intendant followed up and walked me through the repair process. They came in to do dry wall replacement/repairs, texturing and paint in a matter of a few days. They covered everything up and didn't leave a speck of paint or mess. Philip the came out to do a quality inspection to sign off on.The ceiling looks great and matches perfectly. I was afraid the texture would be off. The office lady called after for final payment and all was done! They recently sent me a thank you package which was a nice surprise!James even said they had around 180 projects going on at that time. My job was small, but I didn't feel like I got less quality, customer service or delays from them being busy. I would use them again if I have any future projects.
