“Couldn't ask for better service, when I got there was greeted with fast and simple solutions to my issues and got the ball rolling asap. My only issue and why this isn't a 5-star review is an issue with the zip file viewing process that wasn't made clear and I had to do my own research but other than that fantastic service.”

“Well I just ordered some ram for my notebook and saw some bad reviews for this company. They look like they been on Amazon for awhile and reviews looked strong there. I don't know if people are getting paid to write a bad review or not? My item just got the label created today so I'll see what happens to me and update my review and rating if this company doesn't ship or what ever problems I have if any. It did take awhile for them to get the label created but that is common when dealing with free shipping. I did notice there paid shipping is extremely high and outrageous and not sure why that is.”
“I recently visited the Apple Store at Caesars Palace Forum Shops to buy a new iPhone, and the experience was fantastic. The store itself is stunning, fitting right into the luxurious surroundings of the Forum Shops. It’s sleek, modern, and spacious, with plenty of products on display to try out.
The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a team member who guided me through the different iPhone options and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs. The whole buying process was smooth and efficient, and they even helped me set up my new iPhone right there in the store, making sure I had all my data transferred and everything running perfectly before I left.
What I appreciated most was the customer service. The staff wasn’t pushy, and they took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel comfortable with my purchase. It’s easy to see why this location is so popular—great products, excellent service, and a beautiful setting all in one.
If you’re in Las Vegas and need anything from Apple, this store at the Forum Shops is a great place to visit. Highly recommend!”

The appliances are different than what I thought I wanted, but after his time with us I realized what I wanted was what not what I really needed. Ended up with the perfect appliances. Delivery went great and the guys who delivered were awesome! First time I've ever gone someplace and someone listen to me and heard my debate and help me actually get something that would be perfect for us in our home. Actually was $100 below budget!”

“Came in to get two computers fixed. I interacted with three employees while here. All were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and efficient. She got me checked in and located at a table for the tech to find me. Within a few minutes, the first tech came, looked at my computer, and helped me reinstall the OS system. The second person helped me with my delete button that popped off. Everyone was patient and got everything fixed. While waiting for my OS to upload, I did get to see other people interacting with the techs... Be patient, everyone I watched genuinely wanted to help get everyone up and running. Be kind!”
