Couldn't ask for better service, when I got there was greeted with fast and simple solutions to my issues and got the ball rolling asap. My only issue and why this isn't a 5-star review is an issue with the zip file viewing process that wasn't made clear and I had to do my own research but other than that fantastic service.

I needed my PSU replaced on my prebuilt Dell XPS 8950 and they were able to take care of it very quickly and with amazing communication. They underpromised and over delivered. I am a very happy customer.

Excellent service. My laptop was saved after spilling a drink on it. Saved me the huge cost of having to replace it entirely. Communication was great, and they gave updates with their work progress and were good about checking in with how I wanted them to proceed with part replacements. Laptop works like new, now. Thanks! Beyond dissapointed that they could not find any data on my " WD mycloud home" hard drive. I was able to find data using Hetmans partition program, but the data was corrupt, and i was hoping they could do better. I'll continue to try to recover the data myself, lesson learned.

Absolutely amazing! Dropped my Apple computer off on a Friday and they got it back to me Monday afternoon. They communicated to me the whole time about the status. 10/10 will be back if I ever need another repair.

Started with a quick phone call to see if they could transfer a few family dvd’s to a more up to date and usable format. Their staff completed the project overnight and I could not be happier. Excellent communication and customer service.

Went to Computer Doctor BG with my dated hard drive that wasn’t working. Met Aamer and said that I would like to try to recover my data. Aamer told me that it was going to be $50 deposit and then gave me a break down for gbs recovered and that it would be a few days. The cost seemed reasonable and I said okay. 3 days later I got a txt from Computer Doctor saying that everything was done. I am glad that I went there. Aamer was patient and courteous. brought in a corrupted laptop for data retrieval & repair. a fair price was quoted & got the files the same day. had to wait for another power supply to come in & when it did the a fresh install of Win 10 was done. Service was top notch & an honest appraisal was provided. I would highly recommend if your PC is acting up or gets a virus.

Brought my 5 year old well used MacBook Pro laptop to diagnose, as it needed a new battery, screen, and keyboard. The techs were able to run same day diagnostics, and order parts while I brought my laptop home. When parts arrived next day I brought it back and they made the laptop like new for a fraction of buying a new laptop, and they had it about 4 hours. It now looks and operates like new! Very pleased with service, the repair, and efficient communication. A++

Had my laptop batterg replaced. Dropped it off at 10am and was ready by 2:30 pm.
