My fiance and I did our taxes at Compass Taxes and when we walked in Marcos took us straight to his office to start the process. He was very helpful and explained. Not only did he do this in a very timely manner but was also extremely friendly. I highly recommend Compass Taxes to anyone even if it's your first time. We got to meet the staff there and they were all friendly and very inviting. I give them five stars all the way because they really do deserve it!

My experience with this place was AWFUL.
I called and scheduled an appointment ahead of time. My appointment was for 3/4/2024 at 9am. When I arrived no one was inside, but someone was sitting in the car. I figured another patron. I walked up to a locked door. Ok, maybe they are late.The woman in the car eventually geta out and asks if we have an appointment. We tell her at 9 am, but I cannot remember who with. After verifying I am supposed to be there, she calls some person who sounded like she just woke them up. After a few minutes she comes to tell me that I should n have had a 9am appointment and would I mind waiting until 10am. You're kidding right? Wait an hour? So I said no I won't be using this business. She then proceeds to speak to my husband in spanish as if I wouldn't know what's going on. After this, we left an I made up my mind that this place isn't worth the recommendation I was given.
Then. After 2pm. FIVE HOURS after the error and already bad customer service, ou called and stumbled your way through a voice-mail asking for my business yet. No thank you.
I wouldn't give you a penny.
