“I've been going to the Smith Center since it opened and I am always blown away at how beautiful this theater is.

It's always so clean and bright there.
The snack lines get long but the person tending them is always so fast, even working two registers at a time.
You can't help but feel fancy while there ?

My only complaints/notes are:
The theater tends to feel a little cold, so make sure to bring a light jacket.
The merch line downs that's a display so it's hard to see if the items are worth getting in the long lines.
Ticket prices for their Broadway series are too high. I've been to theaters in Hollywood and Denver and have purchased tickets at a fraction of the cost, for a better view.

Overall, love this place!”

“This is a treat for any child and accompanying adult. 3 floors of great activities and fun things to learn. Lots of interactive and amusing displays. The best part is the water room where kids get to see how we harness water power, move ships, build dams, and see how water moves the world. Plan on getting a bit wet but not soaked. Take lots of pictures of your kids having a blast. Nobody will notice if you play around too.”

“I had a bad experience with another local shelter and was left heartbroken. After a few weeks of my previous adopted cat passing away, we decided to try out Homeward Bound just to hangout with some kitties but we ended up meeting the cutest sweetest fluffy black kitty there and hes been such a great addition to our family. The shelter was super clean, staff is helpful and cheerful and above all the cats seems to be very well taken care of and happy. Will definitely be coming back to hangout with kitties or maybe even adopt again.”

“Frida and her team are simply FANTASTIC I found a baby finch fallen in my yard. She guided me via text how to take care every step of the way.
Kindest, most well informed person who has 20 plus years of experience rehabbing birds.
Eventually after it was stable we gave the finch to her sanctuary to release it into the wild and train it.
I am now a big fan and supporter of this non profit. They truly do right by the birds.”

Like you are at home and you can come as you are.Pastors Tyler and Kim are so humble and kind. Their genuine hearts are always so inviting. You will never feel out of place. “Well I guess I'm a little biased however ,they're very good to their families, they never have to worry or want for anything, and that's very important, especially when your loved one, your child is in the hospital getting medical Care... Everything is taking care of out-of-pocket ,they never have to want ,or worry about anything... They can completely focus on their child ,or loved one, and any parent who's ever been in that position either way that takes 150 percent of the weight off of you having that ?”

“I go here for my regular STI screening panel (and free HIV screening) every 3-6 months. Every time I get a nice advocate and they’re very educated and answer all my questions completely. This most recent time my advocate was Gabriel and he’s really nice!

STI screenings can be awkward but I feel so comfortable every time I come here!

Out of pocket full panel is $60 but they accept insurance (:”

“I had the opportunity to volunteer with my co-workers, and I had not even realized there was a volunteer opportunity like Clean The World in such an accessible place in town. There was a group of about 10 of us, and the volunteer times were handled by our supervisors, so I could not explain the entire process from start to finish. If you're looking to volunteer, you can email them directly, and they will let you know when is best, and all that good stuff. We showed up to a warehouse, and greeted by someone who told us what our volunteer time would consist of. We were given bags, and crates of bottles, soaps and we had to separate and sort. It was fairly easy to do, they have these sort of woodshop tables with some thick PVC pipes that were labeled to slide the items through. It was a very exciting experience to be able to understand the difference we'd be helping out in making. The bottles and soup are reused and sent around the world to help people in need. The Clean The World staff provided us with gloves, and masks in case we wanted to cover up. We chose to do so, since most of the soaps were open, and used. Also, a lot of the debris/dust from the items would come up when the volunteers were bringing us more items to sort. The downsides I would say is there are no drinks provided. If you're planning to come, then bring your own cold drinks. There is also no AC from what we experienced, so make sure you're ready for the heat if you're volunteering during summer. Also, there were only about 2 medium sized tables for personal items, so take a fanny pack like my co-workers did, or keep your items to a minimum inside your pockets. If you're looking for a place to volunteer with loved ones, friends, co-workers, this is definitely your go to place!”

“Clean and well organized. Employees were extremely pleasant and helpful.
One star removed because several items I wanted were not priced and the stigma of asking for a price meant I left them behind. That's probably not a big deal for most people, so take it with a grain of salt.”
