The absolute worst experience I've had with purchasing products on-line. Two tubes of roof tile adhesive purchased on Wed, Apr 17th, 2024. No notice of items being shipped by end of day Fri, Apr 19th. I reached out to custom service on Mon, Apr 22 and they got back to me on Tue, Apr 23 and advised me they could not estimate a shipping date from a third party vendor as the items were not stocked by DK. Items were not shown as OUT OF STOCK on DK's website. I requested order to be cancelled and was told they would send me confirmation of order being cancelled. 24 hours later, now Wed, Apr 24th the order is still shown as OPEN and no cancellation notice given. I called back again to have refund expedited and they advised me it would take 5 business days to issue a refund. Maybe I'll see my refund, maybe not. They actually take your money when ordered NOT when shipped. They wasted a week of my time. I'm done with DK Hardware.

John is a good guy and is helpful and dallas gets me the bearings i need plus they have what home depot and lowes doesn't and the store is clean and organized but the front girl Lori has the personality of a rock is unprofessional and talks to much. The other girl they had working there was more pleasant and personable came back a month later and my brain and ears were introduced to lori while making a purchase! Commercial hardware in las vegas gets 5 stars but Lori talk to much gets zero stars! ZERO STARS FOR YOU LORI! John do your customers a favor and hide Lori in the back away from people!

Commer Hardware is in my opinion a complete one stop store for anything item you wouldn't find anywhere.There are plenty of knowledgeable staff on premises to assist you for the hard to find items in their inventory.

I called this company and asked what time they close they told me 3 o’clock I said OK I will be there right before three you’re not gonna close early are you the lady goes now as long as you get here by three you’ll be OK I showed up at 2:58 and every single employee was walking out the door and I argued and said hey it’s not even 3 o’clock yet and they said we already counted up all the money drawer sorry

My husband bought a Shop-Vac there and upon checking out he asked what the return policy was and the girl told him 30 days with receipt if you don't like it as long as it's not damaged. He said so if it's something I'm not fond of I can bring it back and she said yes just as long as it's not damaged and in it's original packaging. Well I went to return it today because it has NO POWER and doesn't suck up too much. Well when I called before driving ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE I asked what the return policy was and they said 30 days with receipt. When I got there they wouldn't return it. They said discounted and clearance items are NON REFUNDABLE and they couldn't take it back because it was open and used. First of all how do know whether or not it works unless you USE IT, 2nd of all why tell my husband he could return it if that was not true and finally why is it that when I called they didn't say to me 30 days with receipt as long as it's not opened or used. Clearly not everyone is on the same page at this place and maybe they should elaborate on their return policy. Also educate your cashier's on your policies because clearly they are giving false information. I will NEVER buy anything from this place and I told my husband he better stay out of there too.

I have a need for a caster on a piece of equipment at work so naturally I found Nevada casters. I call and they told me to bring a caster in and they will measure and order a new set that matches. So I went in and was greeted by a very negative associate. I tried to explain what i needed but soon as she saw the caster i brought in she interrupted me to tell me they don't have those in stock. I tried to explain that I spoke with someone and that I understood we needed to order it and that's why I was there but she interrupted me again to tell me it would take 10 days to get. Again I replied that ten days was fine and she looked at me as though she was surprised I was still there. She asked some kid at the counter to take the caster to the back and he came back 10 seconds later and said we can't help you. I asked to speak with someone since I was told to come in and now I'm being told they couldn't help. So the girl, interrupts again of course, explains the reasons why they can't help me again, starts explaining the order process, the front end process, even her work duties and sums it up by telling me that only the store manager does this. Basically it was like visiting a circus. Then they ask acted like they were done with no resolution or plan of communication. They have the word casters in their name and can't get a simple caster ordered. Epic fail. I will think twice before I return to this negative place. I can't think of one positive word from any of the people that work here.

Laziest group of men are going to calm them I've ever met ones not his Department the other has to watch the register and then the poor young kid who is willing to help doesn't know his a** from a hole in the ground I wouldn't send an enemy of mine there Lazy lazy lazy
