I've never delt with someone more rude today at this place. I went in to get some carpet samples. I asked am older gentleman with glasses sitting at the desk how I go about that. First thing he said to me is you can't take carpet samples out of the store and then goes into a rant about how designers never bring them back. He was extremely rude and arrogant and unhelpful. Do not go to this place if you want to get carpet or flooring of any kind you will be treated horribly.

This is one of the worst, incompetent, companies bordering on scam. We hired/booked them to install carpet weeks in advanced and preped a residential for them, then they abandoned the job and still wanted to keep our deposit. With the threat of a lawsuit, they sent a different crew and did some work and bailed, we have attempted to contact them multiple times to finish the job and correct errors but they keep playing the blame game. We had to spend tens of thousands of dollars to have carpet redone by a legitimate company.

Jason at Cloud was incredible. He went above and beyond (even during COVID) to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for at the fairest price he could give us. We first met Jason in September 2020 but we were on the fence about getting our floors done because COVID was so bad back then. He held on to our original quote and honored it when we were finally ready this past summer. The guys he hired (flooring, plumbing and painting) made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. The prices are comparable at other places but the customer service and the quality of the products they have here were the main reasons we went with them. I would highly recommend Jason and Cloud Carpet for any flooring needs.

Excellent experience! I was lucky enough to speak with Clara when I called this company to check on new flooring. She went above & beyond to help us with new carpet & laminate flooring. I really can't say enough good about the customer service provided by Clara, the promptness of the gentleman that came right out & measured for new flooring & the installers that put the new flooring in. I highly recommend this company.

For Deliveries, take South Valley View Blvd and enter off Wagon Trail Ave and you'll see the gate to the right which goes into an alleyway. Drive up and check in, then you'll go into the one outside dock where they unload. All the guy's that work here are nice and easy to work with. They will unload you fast. It's a little tight to get in and out but anyone with some skill can pull it off. I give Cloud Carpet One Floor and Home two thumbs up ??

Well I called and set up an appointment and rep from Cloud Carpet came out. A very nice, respectful and knowledgeable gentleman came to my residence. He measured and left white no problems. He stated that Marshall should be calling me shortly with a quote. I had told him I was trying to get this done this week and he said it would be no problem. That was early in the morning. I called him in the afternoon and he said once he gives it to Marshall it's out of his hands. This is day two and I can't get a call back. I even asked them just to tel me yes or no and I still did not get a response. for customer service and for respecting people's time.

We walked into the store based on a recommendation. My husband (a black man) and I walked in seeking some quotes. It was as if we weren't even in the store . I said hello to the salesman and he said nothing. Thought he didn't hear me - we kept walking around and not once were we even acknowledged. As we left I said thank you have a great day - the salesman said nothing. I don't ask for a kiss on the hand but a simple "Hello" can go very far.

George at the showroom was awesome he came out and measured our house personally which you won't find anywhere else. We got quoted by Home Depot=delay's Lowe's=little better then Home Depot Rc willey=%20 more then everywhere Empire=%60 more and choices limited Orlando and Miguel installed our carpet on Memorial Day a week earlier then we had thought Don't waste your time! Local company looking out for its people!!! Thanks cloud carpet!!!
