I have not been to one cpl where they were not nice. Trust me, if you are drawing my blood, please be nice and compassionate! I am a big sissy when it comes to taking my blood.

Visited CPL Blood Lab with my son, and I must say, the staff was exceptionally nice and efficient. Even without an appointment, they took excellent care of us. My son was pleasantly surprised by how easy and fast the blood drawing process was. With no insurance I went to Quest and they tried to charge me $2,500 for a blood test. I left without any tests and went straight to CPL where I paid $84 for the same test. CPL is the way to go!

I’m a full grown adult who is terrified if needles, especially getting my blood drawn, I even typically cry before the needle even goes in. To be fair, I’ve had some extremely angry nurses who just jab me despite me saying I’m not ready.Kim was my phlebotomist at CPL, and she was AMAZING. She kept me calm, and made it as painless as possible. If I ever have to get my blood drawn again, I pray I can have Kim again, she made something terrifying to me feel like nothing! After, I felt so accomplished, no crying, definitely no fainting or wooziness, and I equate that all to Kim’s great personality/demeanor.I also appreciate how fast the staff was on getting me seen, I was in and out, which was also great, so I didn’t have to sit and work myself up. 12/10 recommend this CPL and 20/10 recommend Kim!

Kim was absolutely fantastic. CPL accepts my insurance and luckily they had 0 wait compared to the places I went to earlier quest & labcorp were super packed and long waits. I didn't have to make an appointment. The place was clean and service was amazing I was in and out within 15 minutes. Kim was the one drawing my blood and she was so sweet she made me feel super comfortable and she was very friendly. I love when they actually care to make you relax when you're nervous. I never had a good experience when I get blood drawn but this was my first awesome experience. Thank you Kim!

The bloodwork was incomplete as one insurance covered everything and the other didn't. My suggestion, don't give both insurances for coverage.

Cobra pay insurance ran out and I was forced to pay cash. Prices were so reasonable. I don't understand how lab corp gets away with the prices they charge. I was in and out very quickly. Staff was very friendly and knew what they were doing.

Signed in and after an hour I asked how much longer to find out aI was not on her print out list. Receptionist didn’t offer any help so I left she should’ve said I’ll make sure you’re in next very bad customer service

It's unfortunate that the staff is really nice and worked very efficiently. I am not complaining about the staff but whoever is in charge of billing. I went in an paid 100+ in cash for labs. A few days later my surgeon tells me the lab didn't do one of the tests that they marked on the lab paper and said it would only be an extra $3. So I called them and asked if it would in fact ONLY be an extra $3 and they confirmed with me it is ONLY and extra $3. One month later after my surgery I get a notice in the mail saying I owe an EXTRA $78. I called and asked what was going on, why is there an extra charge? I was told on the phone that it would only be an extra $3. So the customer service rep told me I had two separate accounts... they did not add the $3 to my original lab they created another account for a separate lab charge which results in an extra &78. I didn't go in again for them to take more blood, they used what they had. I asked why she couldn't add the account to the other one and she said she didn't know what to tell me. Great staff...terrible organization. Terrible billing department.
