I would like to voice my partner's and I appreciation for CCCU SW Branch, especially Stacy, and the crew who went above and beyond to assist us in opening an Estate Account for probate. We realize that we are amongst the first estate accounts that were created under a new policy. Stacy's knowledge and professionalism has assisted us in so many ways, especially during a stressful situation. We would like to commend CCCU for their fantastic service, thanks to Stacy, and for all the fabulous employees they have with excellent customer service skills and true kindness. We are very happy to be members of a good credit union. According to many macroeconomists, it's better to be with a credit union than banks with billions of dollars of unrealized losses and the FDIC unable to cover everyone's capital.

I visited the Sunset branch over six years ago as a new resident to Las Vegas, and was impressed that first time with a very knowledgeable and patient staff member who helped me open IRA CD accounts, as well as checking, savings and debit card. I continue to be impressed with them for simple withdrawals CD maturity decisions and questions on payments. Calling is a pleasure with minimum “tree” to work through and quick response by a live person. The Online banking/website is wonderful for bill pay, tracking and information. And security is more than adequate protecting me and my money. Communications on scams, new products, etc are always on-point and relative. For me, CCCU is a win-win-win-win bank.

I moved here 2.5 years ago and this branch is down the street from me. I have to say, it's been an amazing experience at this branch. Creson has been the best branch manager I've ever dealt with and that's including my previous residence of 52.5 years in Texas! I can't imagine having to do business with any other bank!

CCCU financed the purchase of land and the building of my new house. Everyone I have been in contact with or worked with in the past two years has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My current home couldn't have been built successfully without them.

Don't ever open a savings or checking account with Clark County Credit Union because they're beyond unhelpful. If you have the option to go with another bank I highly recommend you do so because if there's a transaction or fee taken out from your account due to error they will never help you and you'll be stuck and told they can't help you.

I've been a member of C.C.C.U. for over 2 years now and from the day Jennifer opened my account I've had nothing but great Customer service every visit at this sunset branch . I literally drive from green valley just for the awesome staff and customer service again that definitely includes Jennifer!! Keep up the great job

In 2020 CCCU converted all their customers accounts to "bonus" accounts and started charging $5.95/mo service fees. I didn't notice at first but when I did I called and they said I could convert back to a "free" account but I had to meet a bunch of requirements, like using my ATM card a certain number of times per month etc. I rarely use my debit card and had a lot going on and spaced it until the next time I logged in and saw the charge again. Again I called and again was told I needed to meet a bunch of requirements to qualify for the free account. More time went by and more monthly charges until I finally decided to prioritize whatever their requirements were. I called again and found out I qualified for the free account this whole time without having to use my ATM card like I was told in the past. That's when they finally converted my account. After that, I spent over 3 months and trying to get CCCU to refund me the $5.95 monthly fees they'd charges. I had several conversations with staff and CCCU management and each time time they come up with a different way to say no. CCCU is adamant about charging me for services I didn't request or authorize and that I didn't use. Claiming I should have known better and asked sooner. I did ask, it just took three phone calls to get a straight answer: that I already I met the requirements. Why didn't they fix this the first two times I called? I didn't ask for these "features" nor did I use them. I've banked with CCCU since 1995. I cant express how disappointed I am in this institution. Credit unions are supposed to be member-owned and prioritize their members. I recently set up an account at another credit union which is free and pays more than twice the interest rate on their savings accounts. So after 27 years, this is goodbye. These fees cannot be waived as they are a monthly service fee for the Bonus Checking, which includes many additional features such as ID Protection and shopping discounts. Members were notified of the maintenance fee before the initial conversion of checking accounts from our Relationship Checking and Eplus accounts. I see the change was made to convert to an essential checking account, so you should not receive fees going forward given the fee waiver requirements are met. There were letters sent to members before the change took place and it has been on our website and in our fee schedule since then. You would also see the charge on every statement. We are unable to reverse past fees however if you would like to change to the essential checking account, please let us know and we can send you a new signature card to sign to make that change.
