I left Walgreens and CVS and now I only go to city pharmacy. They always make sure my prescriptions are ready when the fill date is due, no hassle and they treat me like family which I appreciate. I’ve been here going on Two years and this place is family owned, has a delivery option for patients without vehicles. If you haven’t tried city pharmacy give them a try and I truly think you’ll love it. When the pharmacy knows you by name I feel like that’s a nice gesture instead of the big brand pharmacy’s who could care less.

Great staff .. super friendly and I’m super happy with them overall… Glad to be done with CVS and Walgreens who are both terrible … The best prices in the valley on meds and medical supplies

They are very friendly
I don't speak much English and they make it easy for you that if there is no one at that moment who speaks Spanish, they will go and call someone who speaks it so they can translate for you. The home delivery is on time. They even call you so you know that they have already left your medicine in your home

Me & my Fiancé moved here from California and was looking for a Pharmacy other than Walgreens or Walmart and I found this one a couple of miles from my house. What a Blessing. They are so very helpful and they will even bring your prescriptions out if you need them to. Delivery is available and customer service is great!

I've been with Cit's Pharmacy for several years now and the minute I walk in everyone says hello by my name. Even I first started going there they did that. Sandra always goes above and beyond to help me with any insurance issues and keeps me updated when need be. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone to who wants that family feeling. Not just a name on piece of paper!!

I've had my prescription here for months and only a couple times have they filled it. Heavy set woman that works the counter likes to be a Karen and scrutinize customers prescriptions. This pharmacy won't fill prescriptions unless they have relations with you. I've waited for my script while she told others they were sold out. This weak excuse for a pharmacy picks and chooses which patient to fill, and acts like they hold power. This pharmacy needs to be reported. Especially the fat lady that works the counter.

They had a miscommunication mishap the first time I filled with them, but once I spoke to the head pharmacist he got the situation under control and has been great since then. I really appreciate how easy it is to reach someone on the phone quickly, instead of spending 30-60 minutes on hold EVERY TIME you call Walgreens or CVS just to see if it's ready for pickup. I agree with the others that the location is completely sketchy. I have only visited during the day and would recommend others to do the same ha. But that's Las Vegas life for ya.
