Nice, super clean, and fun to see the Knights practice! Everyone's really friendly, and also they have skating lessons and different types of events for people who are interested in learning more. Go Knights!

If there is a zero star rating, that would be my rating. My wife and daughter went into the location yesterday to convert our daughter’s trust account converted over to a savings. As soon as my wife mentioned to the teller what they were there for, the teller called for someone else and snubbed my wife and daughter. Not a word whatsoever. No eye contact. They were made to feel like third class people. Based on the experience, our daughter will be taking her and bank where she is treated with respect.

This is by far the best bank I've ever had. They're well staffed with great people. Always a positive experience.

I switched to this bank a few years ago, but took all of my accounts elsewhere, except my business credit card, due to their incompetence. If you are a day or two past due on a payment, and it shows that you have a past due amount and a current amount, and you pay an amount that covers both payments, they will take and pay the past due amount, and then apply the remainder as a "special payment" instead of to the current amount, so that you will again show as late or unpaid even though you paid it. This has happened at least 3 times with this bank. No other credit card company/bank does this. Then they report it to your credit to further harm you, just to coerce additional payments out of you. So, essentially, I have to make an extra payment because they will not apply the payment made to what is due. I am considering filing suit due to the damage they have caused by continuously doing this. You can never be current because when you make payments, they don't apply it to the current amount, so you always have a past due amount. Predatory lending at its finest.

My experience with the Summerlin CNB branch this past Wed. was beyond anything I've experienced in my lifetime of banking. I'm 65 yrs. old, that's a LONG time. From the supervisors, one named NIKI, to the teller, Natasha, who decided to join in the abuse, disdain, and the disrespectful and unprofessional conduct from each manager who decided to also share their opinions too, because three others weren't enough. They made me feel as if I was trying to do something wrong or I was a criminal. ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO WAS MAKE A SIMPLE DEPOSIT and I am already a long time client of the bank! I have never been made to feel so low in my life! Their actions or lack there of, require an apology in person at the very least and if it were my company, dismissal would be in order. This is a bank, a customer service business at the highest level, that turned out to be anything close to a customer service industry. The phone was taken from me while I was physically on hold there and told, they're not picking up (meaning the supervisors at my Spring Valley Branch)....then disconnecting the call, yes you heard that right, I couldn't believe it either, to refusing to deposit my check, which eventually got deposited BTW, to asking me to sit in the corner while the teller was on the phone with the branch manager from my original branch (with helpful professionals) and who told me to just go directly back to Natasha/the tellers desk (and no other customers where in the bank-yep that's the one that asked me to sit over there...) to dismissing me from banking at their Summerlin branch in the future....YES, that's what I said. This review could be a book but I'll spare you the details. Find another.

Couldn't be happier with Marco Semeraro and Joe Laiacona, some of the smartest bankers around. Great staff and service for the day to day stuff and thoughtful care of the more complex deals. Much appreciated!!!

Hung up on me twice and didn't answer the phone the third time. Also when asking for a loan of 13k I was told to put 150℅ down... Which makes no sense. I'd have to put 20k down to borrow 13k?? Overall poor service.

I''ve been a bank client for years! I applied for the PPP (paycheck protection stimulus) to help save several employees with City National. Barbara, after several emails, sent over all the forms to be filled out. Our company did so and we emailed everything back immediately. We followed up several times over the course of a week asking if they needed anything else and if our loan was submitted. ZERO replies, even called several times. We ended up going with another bank and emailed Barbara to let her know and she replied with an hour. Really, zero replies until we told her going with another bank. Don't take applications unless you can handle the workflow. Our business is open and deemed essential, we're all working 9-12 hours days to make sure we take care of our clients. Just fyi to all those considering City National, I've heard other business owners with the same compliant.

Friendly and accommodating. Especially today. I dropped my wallet somewhere between leaving the bank and getting into my car. Upon discovering that genius move, I called them to see if I’d left it there. Natasha left the warmth of the bank and trudged into the cold looking for it in the parking lot. (She didn’t find it, of course, because it was actually buried in my car. Just like me to pull a stunt like that, man. But she happily looked nonetheless.) Who does that! Well, Natasha, for one.

I visited this bank with the intention to open multiple business accounts as well as individual accounts, however the representative at the branch refused my business. The explanation that I was provided was that this bank is not a "transactional" bank and they are looking for certain profile clients which can provide the "relationship" based banking. This was purely based on a single question of "how much balance I expect to maintain in my business checking accounts." Had the representative actually taken the time to sit down with me and discuss my overall financial profile she would have realized the tremendous opportunity that I presented. This was especially frustrating due to the specific structure of my business accounts, which this particular bank services. This bank's business approach is not in alignment with the slogan that is written under their logo.
