Please avoid this bank. I wrote a check to my contractor. The funds cleared my account. The bank froze the check to contractor and stated my contractor treated for fraud. Account blocked card taken away. I was treated much different as wealthy. Jason Vasquez I question. Why that is.?

I have had a credit card for 3 years with citi. I have 100% on time payments, no derogatories, but they kept me at a $200 limit this entire time. Some of my credit cards are over $5000 at other institutions. Ive tried for increases online, over the phone, chat to no avail. So today I gave up and closed my account. I no longer want a laughable $200 line on my credit.

Was going to consider switching banks because this bank is closer to our business, however, went in to do a simple break of $100 (something our business needs done regularly,) and mentioned they don't do it unless I'm a customer, at which point I mentioned I have a credit card with them, but evidently it still wasn't good enough. On top of that, it didn't feel welcoming walking in.

This is the worst bank branch to visit..they are extremely rude impatient and short-tempered they calk security on you for any disagreement,,,very uncomfortable very unfriendly!!!!! I do not recommend Even coming close this place at all!!!!!!!!!

This location is the worst, I hope the manager there will get fired for turning away customers , they will not entertain anybody when it's 30 minutes before they closed especially when you open a new account Yes , a male manager wannabe fashion model

Pretty rude customer service. I was planning on switching over but I went to 2 branches and the customer service was bad at both so I guess it's a standard thing.

I went to this location which is not my usual branch to cash my check. I figured no big deal I have an account with Citibank. When I get there the teller asks me why I don't have direct deposit. I said I just haven't gotten around to it. But also I don't trust Citibank they constantly force people into over drafting so I just keep cash and enough to pay bills from my account. Anyway she decided to deposit the check and told me out of my $900 id only have access to $100 until Thursday. The other branch I go to ALWAYS waives the hold. I tell her this is not acceptable as my car insurance payment is due today and I'll be canceled if I don't pay full amount! The teller who I believed was named Iris starts arguing back about how CITI needs to get paid before they deposit my check?! What kind of bs is that? And then the manager comes over to say that it's because in case checks bounce. I understand that but I work for a big company, bounce checks never happen there. I told her I want to cash my check and I'll deposit some into my account. The MANAGER WHO IS A REAL A****** SAYS TO ME "WERE TRYING TO EXPLAIN IT BUT YOU DONT WANT TO UNDERSTAND" are you f****** kidding me?? Lack of professionalism! They both need to be fired. I about closed my account today. I will NEVER come to this branch again! I went over to my regular branch and had NO problem getting my check released to me! These assholes just didn't want to do their JOB.

I came in at 4:30 in the afternoon to open an account with a significant amount of money. It took several minutes to be greeted. The woman was not accommodating or kind. She claimed they do not open any accounts after 4:00pm. I had driven quite a distance and was unable to get the account I came in for. Because of her lack of assistance I have no interest in returning to this branch.

For the second time now I've been unable to use the ATM because a violent homeless person is inside of the locked ATM area threatening to kill people. I've had enough and called Metro....this bank is a complete joke and does nothing to safeguard its account holders....I will be removing my personal account as well as my family's business accounts! Everyone do yourself a favor, cancel your account and go somewhere else!!!
