I made an appointment Monday morning. They kept reminding me this appointment during the weekend. When I come, They tell me banker is absent an I cannot be serviced. How ridiculous this is?

I went to another Citi bank to cash a check and I don't have an account with them and they told me they don't cash their own checks and sent me to this one. I arrived and they had only one person running the bank and I waited 15 minutes while she worked on the first person there then she got up and left for 5 minutes before I walked out. There was a line just waiting. I'd rather go pay Walmart to cash it then have to stand here for 30 minutes or more. Waste of customers time.

Just gouba wanted to say something about drafting paralysis. It’s really ridiculous. Gouba had an appointment, but when he arrived he told you that your appointment was canceled and there was no one else available to do your work for you. Then there was this kind of situation. You're also saying that no one else can be notified, and only the bank clerk you made an appointment to see has your contact information. Do you think I'm Malphite sharing the same brain all over the world? ? Do you want to listen and see if this is human language? ? It was your front desk who helped me make an appointment. Your front desk has all the contact information. Then you told me that no one else could notify me except the person who was working for me today. I don’t think you who said this looked like a painting in my eyes. Wearing exquisite makeup ?, do you really want to ask if your last name is outrageous? After hearing this, grandma opened the door and yelled outrageous, come home quickly, your grandma opened the door for you, outrageous to grandma’s house.

Cory Poe is undoubtedly a very important key in this branch, even though he did not speak Spanish, he was incredibly attentive and managed to communicate with me to resolve my problems. Just so everyone know they are not a walking bank you have to make an appointment as I tried to open an account when there was nooo customers and on top of this I tried calling multiple times after 10:45am to 11:20 and it kept saying they are busy when I got off the bus and with a 3 minute walk I called again and still the same thing once I hung up and walked in nobody was there but the people that work there

I was frustrated in the beginning when I opened my account online, I came to this location to withdraw money but was unable to do so because DMV poked holes in my unexpired license while my new one was coming in through mail. Nonetheless, I was having a bad day. The banker, who was very helpful, informative, courteous, and very professional throughout this whole experience. She gave me step by step instructions on what I could do in the situation I was in and what I couldn't do at the time. She saved me so much time, and I avoided the hassle of unnecessary calls and trips I would have done if i didn't visit this branch. Thank you for all your help, kindness, and professionalism.

If I could give them no stars I would. I went to open a business account with them. Said it takes two days for everything to process etc. been over a week and nothing. I called and every time they had a diff excuse. " papers were missing " " someone forgot to attach all documents " excuse after excuse.! Finally I spoke to someone again. Spoke to Stephanie Tung. Rude!! Cut me off middle conversation and said to hurry up because she had other ppl to tend to! Said I was asking to many questions and wanted to see if I wanted to simply cancel my account. Are you kidding me !!! I asked her for supervisor number and she said no one was above her and her biggest mistake that day was answering my phone call!! I will cancel my account and make sure everyone knows what kind of service they had to offer .

This bank is a joke. They have branches all over town but force you to go to this branch to cash a check. The place is understaffed with poor customer service. When you finally get to the teller window it takes another 10 minutes to cash a $200 check.

It's awful in there the workers are non-professional,I drove about 20 minutes to cash out and the lady called Chris was soo rude and nothing for better shouting on a customer you loose
