This store was amazing until about 2 months ago when the two lovely ladies, one named Angelica disappeared. I come every morning for coffee and other items. 90% of the time now the cappuccino machine is out of order, the creamer is empty, no sugar this morning, no baggies for donuts, dirty coffee area. Snippy employees to the gentleman in front of me, because they refuse to ring things up at all and only have customers use your temperamental scanner. I used to enjoy the pleasant hellos in the past. Nasty customer service will bring your business down quickly. Drinking my awful cup of coffee right now.

They have a new self checkout that is far different than other stores. Instead of helping people understand how to use the machine, they are snarky and rude. Definitely won't be back. At least not until the staff is gone and they're completely replaced with machines. At least machines are not rude.

I believe I've been scammed. I know and my husband saw it as well when we drove up it was advertising has at 3.59 if you paid cash 4.09 if you used credit. But after I gave her the cash and came back out now the sign is flashing 3.99 for cash. I went back in and brought it up to her but she was like oh no not really you know what do you think you saw never really admitting anything. I need a gas so I had no choice. And now when I went to pump the pump said 3.89!!! So what gives here? You draw somebody in with a low price and then you tell them they are wrong!!! And on top of that my bill came to 27.60 out of 25 dollars and she only gave me 7 bucks inchange and conveniently forgot to give me the 40 cents.

Staff is cool, lobby is clean.The new "Self Checkout" machine is cumbersome and waste of time. Tried using it once, it was a hassle. Would rather deal with an employee. Much more efficient use of my time.Atrocious pricing for potato chips. $5.99 for a bag of Ruffles.Drink coolers are set to somewhat cold temperature. You always have to put your beverages in the fridge for a while before it is drinkable.Otherwise, pretty good place.

So my 5 yr old accidentally spilt his slushy. The worker yelled at my child and had both my kids crying by time we walked out the door.. I asked for the owner or manager contact info and the worker laughed in my face. Good example to my kids of what kind of humans not to be.

Just bought a max flow vape from here and after I open the box and wrapper and instead of the max flow vape it was two mngo vapes one green mint kind a grape with the max flow tip cover over both. Come to find out the bag at the bottom was opened and the box was reclosed on the side with no tape. Worst of all the two vapes were completely used and dirty! This has to be an employee because who has that much time to do that or go behind the counter. Circle k better look into who they hire and who vapes mngo products specifically the green and purple flavor.

Writing this in response to an insadent on Saturday 2-19-22 at 10:15a. I'm still in shock. Came in and asked the black woman behind the counter if I could use 2 of the prizes I won on line. She looked at me side eyed rolling em ...yes. I thought oh here we go. Waited in line boy in front of me needed another doughnut so went to get it. Meanwhile I put my 2 energy drinks on the counter which she so happly ugly said HES NOT DONE. I said I know. My turn so the bag of popcorn wasn't the free one she said its the smaller one I said ok maybe later because it expires soon. WE DON'T HAVE THESE IN in a loud tone voice. Geez I thought. So I said 'ok I heard you'. Triggered her. She looked at me all kokked eyed and ugly and took my 2 drinks and 2 bags to the side and said ok your done. Bye have a nice day. So ugly and loved it. Now I'm and my family are in this Circle K x amount times a week Its in our residential neighborhood. So I walked away and said I'll just call the manager. She YELLED I AM THE MANAGER!!!! So I said I'll call Circle K itself. F*** YOU AND YOUR B******* GET OUT to that affect. Which I heard her as I was walking out the door so I stuck my head back in and said F*** ME? Oh and your the manager? She kept her head down.Ok. I've never seen this black woman with cornrow braids before. She did not want to be working period apparently because her attitude sucked from the moment I came and to others in line. Eyerolls, one tone just waiting for a confrontation. And I wondered when I left what the older grey haired woman behind thought. Is this what Circle K has to offer? Verbal abuse. I wonder how many others shes done this to? Meanwhile my 2 free prizes expired which I've been playing online thru Circle K. Anyhoooooo. Horrible employee. But I will say ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER DUPER NICE FOR YRS. And friendly but her. Beware
