PAY IN CASH AVOID CARD PURCHASES AT THE REGISTER
I was double charged while inside at the register to purchase my gas. When I called to get it straightened out, I asked if she wants the time to find it easier. The manager claimed there was "nothing she can do, and can't pull it up on her system." And to "put it up with my bank" before she hung up.
First time this has happened at this location. The transaction list I took a photo to document shows multiple transactions being double charged. I will be contacting my bank to file a change back and circle k support over this issue.

Stood at front while cashier blared his music and he and customer in front of me yelled over the music. I requested he turn music down and request was denied. He replied thats MY music.He's rude and should listen to music on his own time, and maybe do his job while he's at work. Sorry, but there's plenty of convenience stores in the area, so I ll go where the staff is polite, and working is their priority.

I AM EXTREMELY APPALLED AT THE ACTIONS OF THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION! AND THE COMPLICITY OF THE CORPORATE MANAGER. I HAVE WATCHED HER SPEAK DOWN TO HER EMPLOYEES. SHE NOW HAS STOLEN FROM& THREATENED A CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER GRACE THIS DOORSTEP AGAIN,nor WILL THEY EVER SEE A DIME OF MY $.

To me the store is not always available for purchase in items but what I don’t like is the non professional management I believe personal life should stay home an not at the business place if you have a complaint about an employee that should be address an a professional manner not publicly are between other coworkers that’s the situation that is not envoled in it you be able to control you personal emotions in not allowed your workers to feel uncomfortable in this is referring to management

I'm always greeted by the clerks as I enter the store with a friendly "Hello". The Circle K in my neighborhood is always very neat, clean and well stocked.

When a special promotion has been running for weeks and the "manager" doesn't know or makes up their own rules- that's a problem.If they can't read the signs they put up customers are out of luck

I don't know I just like this place I guess I preferred over the rainbow art get yourself from the circle K rewards card be paid at 9 something extra and a reduces your drinks down to 0 sometimes.

Store doesn’t usually have the drinks I want in stock, otherwise I’d give 5. Also kind of annoying the straws aren’t by the fountain drinks. I don’t understand why the employee at check out has to give it to you or why they’re hidden behind the counter. Half the time they’re out of straws anyways

I understand you need to scan an ID,but if you have a software that won’t scan Mexican ID (other foreign ID)OR THE MEXICAN CONSULATE you should be able to still put it manually. And can’t deny the sell of products of 21 and above,because I believe if you deny it then you are trying to say that that the foreign ID ISNT REAL. And to my understanding employees are not immigration employees to decide that. And the second issue is what if your scanner gets an issue or breaks then that means you won’t sell any product of 21 or above because the scanner doesn’t work?

Stuff we purchase is always in stock, employees are always greeting customers as they enter the store, and always helpful directing them to their items.

A very good place to go for fuel for your car and lots of snacks inside the store good prices and the employees are very friendly and helpful.
