I bought a Toyota Camry from Nick at Best Buy several years back and recently had the opportunity to talk with him again and want to give a shout out to Nick and Best Buy. My Camry was the best quality car I've ever had. Nick steered my to this car when I had my eye on another that was flashier. Best move I ever made. The service was amazing, was able to finance easily with a small down....seamless. Sadly, my car was totaled yesterday. I'm so sad to see it go. Maybe there's another purchase from Nick in my future! Thanks Nick and everyone at Best Buy Auto.

I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt in April 2022 as a commuter/ second car from them. I did my research on the vehicle and happy with the choice I made. Car runs great! Anthony, Paolo and Serena were great to work with.

We had an overall great experience. We got good value for our trade in and found a great deal & the perfect car for our family. There was a miscommunication on the pay off amount for our trade in which caused a slight hiccup but it was handed very professionally. Thank you Nick, Serena & Anthony the family loves the new car!!!!

This place totally ripped off my daughter with the purchase of her vehicle. First off they charged her 3 times the Blue Book value for the car and in less than a week the car has had several problems, she was on the freeway with her baby and the car started smoking!! They take advantage of people who are trying to find transportation with limited means, they should be ashamed

Buys are aware this place is the worst dealership in Las Vegas. I already spend hundreds of dollars in repair for a car that I bought there. Besides, every mechanic in town told me that I should never purchase a car at this place. Therefore, they already had a reputation, but I was new in Las Vegas; hence never expected that someone who supposedly has a business would screw me over during this difficult time. Big Red Flag!

I'm a returning customer and have dealt with Chris and Nick throughout the years. They give you ample time to test and even have you check the vehicle, which I don't think most even do. I went here several times to look at trucks. Each time I was treated very well, everyone was friendly (but not overly), polite and helpful. They let me look at the cars as much as I wanted (I am very thorough), answered all my questions, and when I settled on a truck let me test drive it. I pointed out an HVAC control that didn't work right and they said they would fix it. I left and went to look at some other trucks, but they had the best truck, in the best shape, and at the best price. They fixed the control and even let me check the timing belt! The actual purchase process was smooth, friendly, and professionally handled by the young lady in the office (sorry, I forgot your name!) I'm pretty old and have bought a lot of cars and this was one of, if not the best experience I ever had at a dealership. I would not hesitate to go back here and I recommend them highly!

Apparently this place buys their "defective" vehicles at auction and then does just enough work on them to get them up and running. They do just enough mechanical and body work on their vehicles to make them look and sound perfectly fine. However, don't be fooled, I suspect every car on the lot is a lemon. Their prices seem attractive until you realize how beat up and damaged their vehicles really are. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Buyers beware! Don't allow yourself to get ripped off the way I did.

Total scam. Wasted my time going to look at a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 today, arrived and the truck was nothing like described and didn't look like it did in the photos. There was bumper damage not visable in photos, door jam damage also not visable. The rear differential had a wet look to it like its leaking and even had part of the gasket hanging out of the top portion. They claimed it was in great mechanical condition yet when I started it, it hesitated and almost didn't turn over. The interior was NOTHING like the photos showed. Dash was completely cracked and literally barely hanging onto the car. Sun glasses holder was broken and stuck in the open position. It's almost like they took the photos and then broke a bunch of stuff on the truck. Total waste of time. The guy working there didn't really seem like he cared much at all. It took me 5 mins to realize that this place was a joke. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
