Be super careful about this particular store - I tried on a brand new pair of shoes and then they took them to the back to pack them and even though they flashed the soles at me before I signed, they didn't show me the insides. When I got back to the hotel and opened the box, it was clearly a completely different pair of shoes because the insides had black scuffs - they switched the new ones for a used pair. I took them to a different location and returned. I was super surprised at this sort of sketchy activity at a nice brand/ don't recommend the Wynn Louboutin.

Was so happy with my experience at Louboutin ! The sales person was very helpful and kind and made it a lovely experience. He was officiant and helped me pick the right size and shoe.

Amazed by the poor service we received by one of the SAs on Fri 7/23 pm. The woman who brought out the pair of shoes was not helpful and not motivated to do her job. I later found out she was giving us dirty looks while we were browsing. Was it bc we were dressed down? Idk, but she should be ashamed of her behavior as the face of this brand.I love my loubs and have never had such a bad shopping experience. What a shame.

First, let me start off by saying Emily the store manager she was excellent. We had a concern that no other store could take care of. We called Emily and she was able to alleviate her concern immediately not only that she went above and beyond taking care of us this is forever our store. I also wanna give a shout out to Chad. He was our sales associate. He did an excellent job taking care of us. I live in California but this is the store that we're going to shop at this is a store we're going to order any Christian Louis Vuitton from. I highly recommend the store they were excellent once again thank you so much Emily for taking care of us.

Drew is a legend.Truly went above and beyond to ensure my girl friend got the perfect heel. First time in this store, greeted by associate’s immediately and got her trying on shoes in less than 3 minutes.First impressions go a long way and no delays in trying in shoes is a massive win in my book.Left with her first pair and a great impression of the brand. We will be back in 3 weeks again, looking forward to stopping in and having Drew find us another pair.

Worst customer service you will ever get. I bought the shoes and took them home, genuinely did not even tried them at home. Took them back and got charged fee for being scratched. It’s not about the small fee is about ridiculous customer service. If you don’t have to don’t go here.

Lovely experience with Nicole. She was kind enough to bring in an extra pair of boots for me so that I’d be able to have both sizes available in one store and not travel all over Vegas for sizing. She did so a week in advance of my trip & kept me informed so I’d know they had arrived as promised. Wonderful service!

I was told to contact your stores manager miss Kim. She's has avoided me and now it seems she's not working until Wednesday, I don't think this can be solved by constantly trying to reach a person that can't be reached I've been to the store three times and she's already stated "if you wore it we can't accept any exchange". So their isn't much she can do maybe you need better managers.

I wish I was 2 inches shorter I love high heals and I have always wanted to use Christian Louboutin‘s. I want to find the confidence to be 6 feet tall with heals. Because I take. It personals when anyone makes fun of my physical appearance because I am 5’8 with no shoes . But I love beings a woman and I’m not a man. It’s rude for anyone to imply I’m man like it hurts my feeling.

i love coming into the store. The shoes are so unique. Who doesn't know the red bottom shoes. I tried on a couple of shoes but didn't really like any that day.I have two pair of Louboutin's as of now. Of course they have more women's shoes than men's but I have to stop by because you never knw when you will find a good one.I love purple and was thinking about this one for my wife. It was so beautiful.

This location seems on the smaller side but I absolutely love the workers here. I literally started crying after they just sold the last pair of shoes I was looking for 10 minutes before I came in. After having a mini Menty B (mental breakdown) the guy working there made everything better and found the pair I wanted at a different location and shipped them to me since I was just here on vacation. I don't know the name of the guy that's always working here. But he's awesome and has helped me at this location a couple times

On April 13th, Cassandra from this store processed a distant sale for me. I bought the white Loubigirl attached that I wanted to wear on May 6th for my graduation.On May 6th I wore the shoes for two hours. I walked to my seat, then walked to the stage, then walked back to my seat. After the ceremony I walked to my uber car and went to take pictures at the school Library. Then I removed the shoes.I noticed it was damaged. So I reached out to Cassandra and her store manager who refused to have it fixed claiming it’s a wear and tear. Cassandra who was pressed about getting the sale for a little commission automatically became rude. So I sent back the shoes to their store so that they can either fix it, replace it, or refund it.They refused and sent the shoes back to me all that while being disrespectful on the phone. But they were all nice when they need that sale.I have shopped at Louboutins before, but I do not recommend this location.

Had such an amazing experience here last weekend. Walked in, saw what I wanted, had my exact size, got the shoes, and walked out. Just that simple. Whole process took 5 minutes. I also feel like the selection of shoes is way better (for men) as compared to the LA stores.

Forgot to Yelp while I was there 5/31/2022, so I'll do it now! Walked in and didn't know what to expect since I wasn't dressed to the nines. Thank you Chad and Brody for my "Pretty Woman" moment. Everyone was extremely friendly! I was unsure about the Dandelion shoe I came to see. Picked them up. Convinced by Chad and Brody that I needed to try them on. EXTREMELY comfortable! At first I tried on one, but Chad suggested I try both on and walk around. Glad I did. I have always wanted a pair so I'm happy I walked in and tried them on. Easy sale. Not pressured at all. Will definitely go back for more pairs. Thank you Chad and Brody!

Excellent Experience here at the CL store at the Wynn Las Vegas. Cassandra delivered! Thank you Cassandra for providing such top notch customer service and experience! I had never purchased on line but you went the extra mile and I cannot thank you enough for all your excellent communication and keeping me updated. I cannot wait to visit in May and I will most certainly stop in to thank you in person! Loving my new Paloma Bag :)
