If I could give these guys 0 stars I would.Sadly this car wash sucked. I spent $35 and could've done a much better job at home for a fraction of the price. I made the mistake of tipping the mixed guy with the ponytail, just to realize my car was still dirty and he did a half assed job. He was on to another car leaving certain things untouched. There was still bird crap on the paint, he didn't wipe down the windshield on either side, or any of the other windows. After he copped an attitude with me I asked for my tip back, and he refused after he tried to squeeze more money out of me while I was simply trying to get what I paid for.. This gentleman was a flat out jerk that does a half assed job at best. After this experience I don't think I will come back

Mediocre car wash service at best. The only reason I come here is because it's one of the very few local car washes near me that still offer full service interior clean that's not a full car detail. Even though there were plenty of employees, but very few looked to be working together. Tons of potential if given the proper direction.

I quit using choice because of service issues. I never continued using the car wash after trial period. I moved out of Nevada and see debits from my bank continued without permission. There have been multiple attempts to reach the choice number and received the no one available leave message. Will have to cancel my debit card to get this company out of my pocket.

Be aware! The car wash monthly 6.99 is a scam. They keep charging me monthly fees , even tho I keep telling them I want it canceled. Then, they don’t pick up the phone. Not nice!

I had oil change today and am impressed. Service and inspection were comprehensive and they made recommendations. Nice and easy change oil without getting out of my car. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Surely will be back as needed.

Used to be great but it’s gone downhill. Went to get a smog check and took forever for anyone to even acknowledge and tell us where to park since it’s moved. We parked and no one ever came over to help so after 10 minutes we left.

I had high hopes for the car wash just to be disappointed. It did not rinse the car very well, leaving soap that dried on the paint while waiting 20 minutes to have it dried. The paint was spotted all over and I had to wax it out. I won't be going back and I am still looking for a good car wash. Luv was no better.

Awesome food and fresh. Carlos the owner is a machine!!!!! Extremely fast and very friendly guy!!! I've been in Vegas for over 30 years and this Chile Verde is the best Mexican food I've ever had. Alllll my employees love this authentic Mexican food fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend this place. $5mike

I took my brand new Honda Passport in for a car wash and half way through I heard a loud noise in the hatch area of my vehicle. After going through the rinse cycle I noticed my rear wiper had been torn off. I drove around the block and back to the entrance, I was basically told " too bad! We are not responsible". He said he looked for the wiper but could not find it. They have cameras all over the place so I asked to have them reviewed. He lied and said he could not tell from the video. Do not patronize this business. The owner/manager was extremely rude so I left him with some choice words. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone

We choose Choice Carwash because it's conveniently located near our home. The staff does an excellent job taking care of the car. However, sometimes the service can take up to an hour, which can be frustrating. The worker at the inside taco shop seems to be overworked, leading to slow service. As an outsider, it appears that the owner is trying to cut costs by not hiring enough staff. It's not the line cook's fault, as they are responsible for everything from cooking to cashiering to washing pots. It's really disheartening to witness. While waiting for our car to be washed, I have tried to order food several times, but due to time constraints, it has not been possible. The employees are always friendly and hardworking. However, it seems that the store could use some additional cleaning, but the few employees cannot do everything. The price of a car wash is about the average price. Perhaps the owner needs to reflect on whether he would be willing to work as hard as his employees for such low pay.

Our neighbors have been loyal customers of this car wash for years. Personally, I always opt for the VIP wash. Despite some customers' complaints about the slowness, it usually takes me an hour for both the car wash and the interior cleaning. However, I prefer having a spotless and shiny car that takes an hour to wash, as opposed to a dirty car that can be washed in just 20 minutes. Let me also mention how convenient this car wash is for a post office, deli, and gasoline. In addition, there's an early bird special that offers a $5 discount before 10:00 am on special days. The value is there!

This place is absolute garbage. The service was terrible and management could care less. I paid $135 for the VIP package and 2 hours later when I picked my car up it was still very dirty. liter looked like they wiped the car down with a polish but didn't bother to put any elbow grease in. I used my thumb and spit to rub a few seconds on a spot on the interior door and could see the grime coming off. Terrible job, management wouldn't give me a full refund. stated she could only do half because they spent 2 hours on it. I don't care if you spent 6, if the car is dirty you didn't provide the service you were paid for. Never going back here again. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
