I liked the design of the shoes and I bought them, and the last ones I bought are impossible to wear, they were very very hard and hurt. I came to ask for a solution, asking if they could exchange me for something else, paying whatever, and the lady at the store, without asking anyone anything directly, answered me that there is no solution. I know that high-quality brands have a product guarantee, but I find their response very shabby, I will not buy anything else from that brand again.
